Today we received our delivery from H S L. We are delighted with our chairs. They are exactly like we expected them to be. The delivery went smoothly and we knew exactly when it was coming. Special mention to Marlene in the Glasgow store for being so helpful. We took a long time to decide what we wanted and she was very patient. The tea and biscuits were an added bonus. I would recommend H S L to other people.

Visited Glasgow branch on22 August and was very pleased to be seen by Natasha who treated my wife and I like royalty.
No high pressure sales talk,just good honest advice and help.
After trying a few different recliners and relaxing with tea and biscuits which she made for us we decided to order an Opal Stressless recliner.
From ordering to delivery7th November everything went like clockwork and she kept us posted throughout .

Glasgow Knightscliffe today. Service received was excellent! Daniel was patient, caring and knowledgeable with my elderly mum who has recently been in hospital after breaking her shoulder in a fall, and lost a lot of confidence walking. He was patient while we chose the right fireside chair, helping us thru the options with no rush & even brought cups of tea while we chose the right style & fabric. Couldn’t thank him enough, would highly recommend & won’t go anywhere else for further items now. Thankyou!

The chair I bought is so comfortable, the service and delivery were first class. Cannot fault this excellent company.

My experience with Marlene (Glasgow) was excellent..she was very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the added benefit of providing my taxi home.

Marlene was very helpful from the minute we walked in the door She explained all about the chair Robert was trying out Robert tried a few chairs but was very pleased with the first one so he went for that Marlene went above & beyond &she explained & demonstrated how easy the chair was to operate So glad we went only down side was the 6/8 weeks for the chair to be made as We don’t know how long Robert has left so fingers crossed it arrives in time for Robert to get some comfort from his chair thanks again Marlene plus we got to speak with the owner of the business he happened to pop in to the shop on the day we were there he was very pleasant

Shame I can only give HSL 5 stars...... they're worth a lot more. Upon arrival we were met by Marlene... couldn't have more pleasant and friendly if she tried. She got us all comfortable then got our names from us....and it wasn't Mr this and Mrs that....it was first names ...such a friendly and fun person. Marlene definitely made the entire experience so relaxed and fun. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Marlene and her team....I've never had such an enjoyable experience. It truly was a fantastic few hours. The hospitality was impeccable. Id highly recommend HSL to anyone looking for a new chair, sofa or bed

We visited the Glasgow store to have a look around and see what was available, Marlene was very pleasant and introduced herself and invited us to have a look around, no pressure sales or pushed onto products we were not looking for.
We were given plenty of time to look at and try out the item we wanted, offered tea while we agreed the sale. I would highly recommend HSL and Marlene. Thank you 😊

Maz and Jaz were a dream team at the Glasgow store! Spent lots of time with my mum and listened to what she wanted and explained all the options clearly and without rushing. Would highly recommend. Was much more than selling a chair to us and more about what was right option for my mums needs.

We needed a supportive sofa for a family member who is somewhat disabled. Marlene in the Glasgow store was very helpful on our first visit in showing us various options, and then sending out additional information quickly. On our second visit, Marlene again helped us find the right sofa - and with a substantial discount. We have not yet received the sofa as they take several weeks but the in-store experience was great, and Marlene coulnd't have been more helpful.

HSL provided a professional service from sales to delivery keeping me updated every step of the way.

Natasha was amazing. So friendly patient and extremely helpful. I had picked chairs that turned out were too small and not comfortable for me. I felt uneasy as im not good at returning things but Natasha was so reassuring and spent time making sure I was happy with the replacement chairs. Thank you so much!

My husband and I visited HSL Glasgow yesterday. And what a pleasurable experience it was. On arrival we were greeted by Natasha. Ee explained we were looking for recliner chairs that had a ‘sleep’ mode. Having suffered 7 spinal fractures last year I needed a chair that can also act as my “bed” as I currently can only manage 1-3 hours in an actual bed before pain becomes unbearable. My current Stressless chair has, for more than 18 months been my “bed” but sadly, after two decades of constant use, it is no longer as comfortable as it was.

Natasha was able to show us all the recliners that meet my need. We were impressed by her knowledge of the products from manual models to powered ones. I was able to sit in each powered model as she demonstrated the various functions. When it came to the manual models we were given the space to test these at our own pace. She never “hovered” but was close by when we needed a question answered.

We really felt Natasha cared that I found the correct chair for my health issues. We wanted two chairs in the same style and colour so once I settled on the one I found most comfortable my husband checked out the various sizes in that model and chose the larger size.

This visit to HSL was our second shopping trip looking for recliner chairs. From today’s visit it is clear the assistant in that other store did not know her products - for instance, she told us no Stressless manual recliners had a ‘sleep’ mode but Natasha knew different.

The ordering process was straightforward and we were pleasantly surprised the waiting time for delivery would be just 10-14 days.

Sometime, within the next 6 -9 months, my husband and I are likely to be thinking about an adjustable bed and we know just the person to guide as through that process - Her name is Natasha.

I rarely write a review but it is a pleasure to do so on this occasion.

Spent time with Marlene at HSL today choosing a riser/recliner. Marlene treated me with compassionate care and respect and offered me her knowledge and advice which i accepted with thanks though allowing me time to make my own decisions.

I have received the most incredible customer service today from Natasha & Marlene at your Glasgow branch.

I needed some after care service and they treated me with so much respect and kindness - it left me still feeling so happy hours later. How many other establishments can boast having that effect on their customers?!!

They both have such a lovely nature and work so well together. It was clear that customer satisfaction is so important to them. First class brand ambassadors.

I will always recommend this company and I hope that HSL appreciate these two outstanding employees who made me feel like a valued friend.
