Do not waist your $$. Cause they refuse to return phone calls and emails when folks, want answers to questions and also replacement parts. Avoid the product cause there EMPLOYEE refuses to do the job.

HPRC6500W + Tripod kit review
I have 3 Peli cases and this is my first HRPC case and I'm sure this will not be my last HRPC product.
Really good quality, low weight and my tripods are safe even on the longest ground and air trips.
Wheels and handles feels nice and robust.
Mainly my HPRC6500W is used to transport Manfrotto light stands (large and small), 1 or 2 monopods, one semi-big-tripod and small accessories.

Where is my order?
I ordered two cases online in the US from, I am assuming, is your New Jersey distribution office 9 days ago. They charged my card and never sent the order to me. No email updates, no status updates. I tried calling the contact number during business hours, no answer. I sent a inquiry through your contact us forms, no answer. I sent an inquiry through your chatbot, no answer. What is the deal? Is this a scam company?
