Very fast and thorough. Slight delay on updating some info I put in but perhaps I was being too hasty!

It has been a very useful tool for us. Just moved to England and this has been so easy and clear to understand. It has saved us from a lot of trouble when buying cars. For a small fee you obtain a huge amount of beneficial information that saves you money and headaches at the end.

Always, but always use HPI if you are buying a vehicle, new or old.. Don't trust anyone if they say it all clear. This has saved us many heart aches. Buying a car is stressful enough!

Great Info & easy to use!

Purchased 3 checks as a bundle. After carrying out the first check on a vehicle, I noticed the report was vastly different to the sample report shown on their website and was lacking huge amounts of promised information. Contacted customer services to ask if they would refund part of the cost for the two remaining checks as the product did not meet my expectations at all and was vastly different to the sample report. This was refused and I was told that only a small amount of information is actually guaranteed and much of the information promised from their website is often not provided. Not impressed and terrible customer services. Save your money and go elsewhere, your report will not look like the sample one.

A very quick service. Also -When I had a problem with a V5 date, the daytime and specifically Sunday weekend phone service were able to address the problem very quickly and I was able to complete the vehicle purchase very soon afterwards. I could not have done that so quickly without this service

Easy to use and accurate

Purchased 17 year old Mini Cooper s R53 for my son. Hpi gives total piece of mind and worth it for any car of any value and mileage.

Never provided MOT history that they clearly advertise.
Charged £19.99 for info that I was already able to get on Google for free. NO customer service. Had to get refund through Paypal.

Brilliant service, you can also update, fantastic and money well spent

If you are looking for peace of mind this is where its at. I probably wouldn't have proceeded without this clearing all my doubts.

was about to buy what looked like a slightly damaged 2 year old mazda 3. decided to do an hpi check at the last minute and discovered the car had structural damage and was an insurance write off. spent £15 in total on checks, this potentially saved me £1000's.

We always carry out an HPI when buying a second hand car. It gives reassurance and their service is second to none.
