Very Dishonest Service
WARNING !!! HPi don’t honour there Guarantee. They will make any excuse not to pay out, if the HPi check ( you have paid for) is incorrect or they have missed off important information. The will pass you around and you can’t speak to anyone on the phone. Eventually they will make an excuse not to pay out on, although they state that they guarantee the check.
Do not Use , there are far more accurate and honest companies that do a better service.

Sold a car to a dealership who did a HPI check who found two Finance agreements attached. Mine and an erroneous one which predated the registration of the vehicle.
Spoke to HPI representative who confirmed they rely on third parties to provide accurate information but don’t check it.
So what’s the point of a HPI check if it can’t be trusted.

Very avoid this website!
I bought a multiple check but I couldn't use them just only one. I tired everything but when I wanted to check another car that always ask me a new payment. I'm very disappointed, it was very bad experience with this company and I needed go to another company and paid against.
I don't want to use it anymore and I will block the payment on the PayPal because it was so disgusting.
