My Hozelock Spray Gun developed a fault so I contacted Hozelock customer services with my order details & video of fault, & within a week they had sent a replacement. Excellent top customers services & would definitely recommend them. Thanks.

I contacted Hozelock regarding my multi spray gun when the hose connection parted from the main body of the gun.
The gun was certainly a year of two older than one year, the normal guarantee period, but I explained to customer services that I thought something like this should not really have happened even in that time period.
Also, I could not find the purchase receipt but despite this Tim from customer services was very understanding and as a gesture of goodwill arranged for a replacement spray gun to be sent to me.
Altogether a very generous gesture from Hozelock which was much appreciated.

I contacted Hozelock via the website’s contact form to request help about my hose reel wall fixing.
Within a very short space of time I was contacted by Chloe in Customer Service and after discussing the issue she resolved the matter quickly.

Always been a Massif Hozelock fam.
Sadly Two Hozelock Spray Garden Guns were either faulty or damaged, perhaps not the fault of Hozelock as they both came via Amazon.

I was soooo impressed with the customer service from Charlie. After sending him a video of the faulty telescope lance. He promptly sent me a brand new one ON the promised date. After 2 years my hose burst. I emailed zendesk. Sent pictures of burst hose & receipt of purchase. Received new hose. Very happy. Tim was very helpful. Thank you

What an amazing company to deal with. Stand by their promises and zero hesitation is rectifying any issue. Generally, Hozelock products are really good, but if they do go wrong you at least have the comfort knowing they are there to assist. Tim is a great representative, prompt responses and quick resolutions. Couldn't be happier with this company and a standard many others should aspire to be like.

What can I say best customer service I have ever had to deal with Tim was very helpful when my auto reel started leaking from inside was asked to send photos a copy of my invoice had to cut hose off and send photos and Tim sent new unit out 3-5 day just received if.
Credit to Hozelock would recommend there products, there parts are a-little expensive but with customer service like there’s you don’t mind spending that little extra.

Contacted Hoselock after my expanding hose split. Wasn't sure if still in warranty after 3 years.
Tim contacted me within 24hrs asked for photo of receipt and video of damaged hose.
Sent info and Tim responded within 5hrs to confirm new hose was on its way.
