I really wouldn’t trust this brand
I really wouldn’t trust this brand.
Wouldn’t accept my return as apprently it was returned with makeup on… I don’t wear make up 🤔
I know we are all falling on hard times at the moment small businesses but to cheat customers out of returns with fake excuses is low.
Avoid unless you’re sure you’ll keep the item!

Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service
Disappointed to say that I purchased a Hoxton Gal shirt dress and after wearing only once, both cuffs detached from the sleeves due to faulty stitching. I was advised that Hoxton Gal would not take any action as the item had been purchased 3 months ago.
Had I known that the lifespan of a Hoxton Gal garment, costing £45, is one wear only before it quite literally falls apart, I would not have purchased. Very poor quality and equally poor customer service.

Great Customer Service
They were really nice throughout the whole process. Unfortunately I had to return my order bc I picked the wrong size 😿 they were genuinely very helpful though when wanted to return the item and they refunded my money even before I realized it.
