I joined Howtobowlfast for an analysis of my son's bowling action and for advice on how to improve. I'm very impressed with the Speedbolt plan I received a couple of weeks later. It gives a solid road map that will probably still be in use in two years time. I read a lot about bowling actions and always ask coaches for advice but the guys at howtobowlfast picked up on things I hadn't noticed and reassured me not to worry about some things I thought were a problem. I can't recommend them enough.

Since my childhood I'm been learning most of my cricket all by myself as I didn't get a good coach. But my passioan has always wanted me to learn and develope new things and that's where I found this page in Instagram. The best page so far teaching so many things about fastbowling and drills, but sometimes we have to pay to learn something but that isn't any problem as they also want to earn. But you can a lot of nee things and drills and techniques here for free also by visiting their page. And thank you people for helping out people who are teaching themselves. And lots of love form INDIA ❤️

Best page on Instagram that offers help in almost every part of fast bowling.

On their instagram page and on their website, the information they provide is very helpful. They have helped me immensely. Great Instagram page which gives worthless information for free.

Excellent site - very informative in all areas. I thought this was excellent value and genuinely helpful to a wide range of cricketers. It includes all the latest thinking on fast bowling skills and mechanics.

I've always struggled with my bowling technique. It always felt a little off and my pace definitely suffered as a result. These guys explain how to improve so well and clearly know their stuff back to front. Feel like I'm throwing bullets when I get it right
