Howsy is a never ending story, I'm experiencing issues with them each time something needs to be done in the property and waste a tremendous amount of time to make things done.
The flat I'm renting doesn't have heating for over a month now and its temperature is below 16 degrees. The issue isn't even remotely near resolving and Howsy is too focused on wrestling about who should pay for a repair to think about tenants. I hear on weekly basis that the repair is about to happen, experience last minute change of plans and wait a week for the next round. All of this supported by calls and email on daily basis.
Honest advice, if you hear Howsy manages a property, run and find other one - life is too short to deal with them.

Howsy took over my account from the Happy Tenant Company and the quality of the service deteriorated. As a non-residential landlord, Howsy has withheld provisional tax from my rental even after I provided the letter from HMRC to Howsy that they do not need to withhold provisional tax. I personally checked with HMRC and was assured that it notified Howsy already. But it has been weeks and weeks and my request for Howsy to release withheld provisional tax to me fell on deaf ears. Other than this, Howsy has failed to account to me the provisional tax withheld by the Happy Tenant Company despite repeated requests.
Moreover, in September Howsy neglected to pay ANY rent to me and sent me a statement showing that I had no rental income for that month, which is bizarre because my tenant showed me the bank statement of rental payment to Howsy. Partial payment (again deducting provisional tax which they are not entitled to withhold) was released to me some time after I complained to them. Since then I asked my tenant to make rental payment to me directly and I emailed Howsy about the arrangement. But Howsy completely ignored this and chased my tenant for “missing” a payment.
All in all it has been an awful experience. I do not recommend Howsy’s service at all especially for landlords.
Don’t reply to emails, answer questions or provide any updates on lettings. If property already let then okay otherwise very difficult to deal with.
Update : got worse they lost 2 months of lettings by not organizing the property correctly

Today I spoke to a very pleasant young man called Toby. He answered all of my questions fully, gave me options in regards to a property viewing.
