This was the easiest purchase I made this Christmas season. I saved $100 on the purchase of 2 hoverboards, one in orange and one in blue. These options were not available on any of the other sites I visited. Shipping was free and they arrived just as they promised on their website. My grandchildren were thrilled with this gift. I would recommend this site to anyone looking to purchase a hoverboard.

I purchased the hover board for Christmas for the kids! They love it! Quality seems high, battery life is great! My only problem was I should have bought 2!!! Thanks hover board USA for selling quality products!

I ordered my hover board in plenty of time for a Christmas present 12/17/2018. It is 01/04/2018, and I still do not have my package. I was told on the 21st when I called they would try and intercept the package and would call me back, they didn't. I didn't get any tracking information until 1/28 they stated that my package was at the FedEx location, and no other information. I called several of the stores and on 01/02, I found it and let them know I would be in to pick it up. When I went to the facility on 1/3/19 it had been shipped back. I immediately called Hoverboardusa, they again told me they were intercept it and call me back, no on did. Needless to say I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! The customer service reps do not keep their word and it has been a complete joke. GO ELSEWHERE!

Have only used it inside due to the weather and so far it seems great. We had to return one from amazon since it stopped working after a week. Hopefully we will have better luck with your company’s make.

The shipping was very fast. We ordered on Thursday morning and had it by Saturday morning. My son loves the hoverboard! Everything about this purchase has been better than expected.

Puchased a hoverboard on 11/25/2018. We should have received it in 2 -4 days. Arrived 12/10 just in time for X-Mas. We opened and charged it X-Mas Eve. X-Mas day our son was on it when the one wheel stopped turning and he lost his balance. He wasn't using it for more than 2 hours. We couldn't get the wheel to work then the board stopped holding a charge. Contacted the company and was told to send it back for a refund at my expense. This company is selling defective hoverboard and they know it. My advice is to contact the FL BBB. The have an F rating on the BBB. We contacted the and they contacted the company. Also contact the FL Attorney Generals office. This company should be put out of business.

Our son loves hover board so far. He has only had it for 2 days. However, there customer service is terrible. Lied about the shipping and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. She said it was shipped on the 24th and was picked up by fedex on Monday morning but infact it was picked up 4 days later, when we called fedex. Fed ex they were requested to be picked up on the 27th. I rather had ordered through a different site and better service.

Horrible! Do not buy from this company. We bought my son a board from them and it didn’t work 2 days later and he only rode it through the house. They pride themselves on great customer service which is 1 of the reasons I bought from them In the first place. It’s deceptive, Customer service is terrible. They would not get back to me (After call after call and email after email), needless to say it’s really hard to get an exchange, which is all we wanted. I refuse to exchange now as I couldn’t get a hold of them to even get a refund, I had to go through my bank.

Ordered to separate items one for my son at Christmas and never received the tracking as said 24-48 hours so had to stay home on Christmas Eve because I was told last stop on Xmas eve. We have package thieves.

Right after Christmas ordered for my daughters 10 th birthday I asked for tracking I just got that had a shipping tag still in Florida hasn’t shipped at all. Her bday is the 6 th don’t think it’s going to make it.

As a first customer I bought my hoverBoard For $180 waited for a couple of days fast shipping is great but this company sent me a hoverBoard with a dead battery so now I have to buy a new battery something I shouldn’t have to do and come out more money, I’m very Disappointed

I bought the board for my grandson and he absolutely loves it he lives in Minnesota so he hasnt been able to ride a bunch outside but has been riding in the basement so far no problems with the board i hope that stays the truth but will let you know if any troubles, would order again!!!!!
