Very upset .i purchase a board for my daughter Christmas girl since 12/08 when it arrive the battery was not functioning I sent it back .now today they sent the same hover board and it’s the same issue

I ordered online ad immediately got an email with the invoice information and a message saying they would email with the FedEx tracking information. A week later I still hadnt received anything. To make a long story short there were MULTIPLE phone calls and emails exchanged where they made excuse after excuse about where it was and promises to reship it. It has been three weeks and the farthest they ever got was printing a FedEx sticker but never actually shipped ANYTHING except excuses. GO ELSEWHERE! I have asked for a refund.....now I get to wait and see if they can screw that up too!

Horrible I payed 140 for a hover board for my son for Christmas it never came but it said FedEx dropped it off I called the company numerous times and I got no where so basically I got screwed they did nothing its 2 weeks latter since i talked to the representative and I've heard nothing back

Customer Service was bad for me, I was lied to, so then wen I called to speak to a manager she was also rude & instead of trying to see wat she could do to help me she stuck me on hold & never came back to me. I had to call the company back. Now as for the hoverboard, my 6 year old son loves it!! It's a great looking product, & we've had no problems with it. I think it was a great purchase!!

Have tried many times to contact Hoverboard regarding an issue I have with a problem after just 1 week of use. No response. No guarantee verbiage in their manual. I'm afraid I've been conned!!!!

Ordered 2 boards (different colors). When I got the notification my package shipped it didn't say 2. 1 package arrived, I panic & reached out. That's when the 2nd tracking number was given. One board charges quickly and lasts lone; Other board takes longer to charge and looses its charge quickly One board has a cover over the charging port; the board has no cover of the charging port. The lights work and I figured out the Bluetooth. (There was not instructions on to use the additional features). My boys are happy!

Built great. Loud speaker.

Customer service was good, they called me to confirm my address, and I received the hooverboard very quickly.

Hoverboard didn't even get through its first charge and now it don't work

My son was so happy to receive the board for Christmas. It took I’m all but 3 tries inside the house to master riding it. The only problem that I have found is that it doesn’t hold a charge very long. There has been several times where my son has fallen off of it because it just went dead after taking it off the charger because it was showing fully charged.

This is a good quality hover board! I will be buying from this company again! The only thing I didn't like is there is a picture of the hover board on the box. This ruins the surprise for Christmas or Birthdays when the child sees the box being delivered.

Purchased one for my 6yr old daughter this past Christmas and she loves it!

Hover board is ok but the charger doesn’t work. I sent an email and a text message to get help and see if I can get a replacement charger that works. Did not get any response from either attempt.
