Had a few hiccups along the way with the customer service aspect and not communicating (hence the 4 star) but sorted that out in the end! The dress itself is really nice MashAllah! Provided some constructive feedback to the business as I felt they could do with it but other than that, all good here! Not sure what’s happened with everyone else’s orders but mine is perfect MashAllah!

Worst customer service ever! Outfit turned out to be horrendous, looked nothing near to as shown in pics! Gave my own measurements and it was clear that they weren’t adhered to. Tried contacting through whatsapp multiple times about the issue and was getting ignored each time. DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM HERE! definitely won’t be coming back.

Do not buy from here!!
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The service was appalling and they ignore you once you’ve made payment! The quality is not as advertised and most items were stained or discoloured but they don’t bother to rectify it. Do NOT but from here- you will be disappointed!
