Very bad service. Highly disappointed. I placed my order which should have arrived within 5 to 6 working days but what happened actually they received my money then they ordered my dress from Pakistan which took 15 days to arrive to them and then they posted on my address taking extra 5 days. NOT ORIGINAL. I'm returning it back and will never buy from them.

I purchased a ready made outfit in a standard stock size and they are refusing to refund me claiming that this was customised to my size. I had to keep chasing them for an update on my refund status and only then did they tell me this. Normally when an item is not eligible for a return the company sends communication and resends this but they did nothing.

Read the other reviews. I’m not the only one who has experienced this. I’m disputing this via my bank and have been in contact with trading standards also.

It’s unfair that those of us who want to support smaller UK based businesses get scammed.

My honest advice is to avoid this company!!!!!!!!!

Honestly the best I order a saree from them everything was made perfect according to size and amazing delivery and amazing customer service 👌

Hit and miss service, deserted by Aqsa when problems arose.
Experienced both good and bad from this company. Initially very helpful but customer service dried up when there were problems. A couple of outfits were of good quality and tailoring. However, rest had issues re incorrect measurements. Worst issue was dress where fabric marked throughout so cannot be worn. Don't know if fault arose at designer, intermediary (Brand company mentioned?) or Aqsa point, but not spotted by Aqsa or their tailor. Was told all outfits are the same ie what's my problem. Requested refund or replacement per their terms n conditions but no response to email or messages. Very disappointing. Good way to lose customers

Steer clear. They made my outfit and the measurements were off and the bottoms don’t even match the outfit. I complained and sent my bottoms back to get them altered and it’s been a month since they have had them. They don’t answer there phone, WhatsApp no or email. Terrible company and customer service.

Fraudsters and liars. My order did not match the description or look of the pictures advertised. It's very easy to tell customers the "designers do not supply" this and that to dismiss a query but a £100 suit has now been left incomplete because they have not been given the complete material to finish the look. No refund or exchange offered, I highly doubt the garments are genuine aswell. Poor quality of materials and appalling customer service on top of this. How these people can sleep at night knowing that they are selling fake cheap copies amazes me. Completely inadequate and shocking they are still operating. Stay clear of this company!

Wonderful site no matter your taste in design! From designer names to less expensive brand names! Rather you lean towards fancy and unique or moreso plainer yet still formal or respectable apparel; than look no further!!!

Amazing service. To surprise my wife and kid, I ordered a suit for them. The customer support team at HOA assisted me in choosing the correct suit. The clothes arrived in perfect condition. The suit and the photographs had minor changes, but this was fully indicated on the website. They were absolutely beautiful and just as stated.

The website is very easy to navigate. The thumbnails of the cloths are of a nice size so the cloths are easy to see. The garments themselves are very beautiful, i enjoyed looking through the inventory.
