House of Aqsa has the best traditional clothing for muslim and indian women. I bought the Winter Collection by Gul Ahmed for my sister as a birthday present and she absolutely loved it. The clothing was made of really high quality material and it was also delivered on time. I look forward to doing business with them in future since I loved their products and the cheap prices in which they offer them.

A friend of mine recommended this site to me and I was not disappointed. A huge variety of products, Friendly staff most importantly affordable prices. I'd recommend giving these guys a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I placed an order and cancelled it within 6 hours via email and WhatsApp (according to their policy you can cancel withing 24hours)...After many many requests of cancelling 14 days later..my order is still not cancelled. before they were replying back to me requesting my order no. etc and if I still want to cancel but now they are just ignoring me. I still have not received my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My order has been lost and they are now ignoring me. I am due a refund of over £200 and cannot get hold of them.

AWFUL service. Avis please save your money and go elsewhere. These people first of all promised me that they would send me my dress in time for a wedding and then the dress arrived a week after the wedding had already happened. Then when the dress finally arrived the Dupatta had rounded corners and I was really confused as to why they were rounded because you can't even wear the dupatta because it keeps sliding off. When I asked them why did of butter is a rounded they said that the Tailor did not have enough fabric so they just stitched it that way how unacceptable is that!!!!!!!!

If there was no stars id give them that! Recently purchased an outfit for my registery party from house of aqsa. What a BIG mistake! The outfit i wanted was sold out everywhere else & with the event this sunday i needed something urgently. Although delivery was within the timeframe, the dress arrived 1 size too big despite specifying and double checking it was a Small size i ended up with a medium! Damaged and dirty with white marks on the front. I was prepared to pay £180 for this!! I now have nothing to wear and house of aqsa are doing nothing about it! They asked for half hour to see what happened with the order 3 days ago! I have since been asking for an update!! Luckily ive only partially paid but absolutely disgusted they’ve asked others for £25 for refunds! So with no dress and out of pocket i wouldnt recommend house of aqsa. STAY AWAY.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I wish I read the reviews first. They are not a legitimate or professional company. I’ve screenshot my whole experience with them and wish there was a way to show that here. Basically in a nutshell, I wanted a simple refund on an unstitched outfit I bought because 3 tailors told me there wasn’t enough material to make a suit as shown by the model. Unstitched, not customised at all, you’d think I could simply return it right? Nooo…. First they told me I and my 3 tailors were wrong. After a really long back and forth they told me I needed to pay them £24.99 via bank transfer before they process a refund!? Wth. I’m seeking legal advice now.

Absolutely ridiculous how this company is still open! I’ve ordered a suit 3 months ago. Firstly I was not even told it had gone out of stock. Then after countless messages I get a response to say I can have the suit if it is stitched. Due to the urgency I agreed. And it’s been over 2 months now and I still don’t have my suit. Countless emails, messages and nothing has been done. It’s a shamble if a company and DO NOT ORDER!
