Very efficient
Inga our cleaner was a pleasure to have and she cleaned the flat very well. I hadn't seen the bedroom that clean since I moved into the building.

Gardener did very well
Gardener from House keep came down to lawn, prune and mown my lawn. Did a great job. Too 3 hours and 30minutes as my local gardener is off recovering for a while.
Tidied up very well also. But as I had to pop out before he was done. Totally forgot to tell him to remove weeds between cracks of pavement.

Housekeeper have no liability insurance…
Housekeeper have no liability insurance so any major issues like scratched up floors will not be covered by housekeep.
Housekeepers are lovely and the recent lady who can to help me was so so nice.

Disappointing Service and Misleading Customer Support
Extremely unhappy with the service.
The first time, the cleaner left my home without properly cleaning. Dusting was not done and even the rubbish was not taken out. I contacted customer service with photos as evidence and was told I would not be charged.
As it was my first booking and I had been unable to use my welcome code, I raised this during the chat. The operator encouraged me to give the service another try, assuring me it would be a better experience.
Unfortunately, the second booking was just as disappointing. I was charged in full, the welcome code was still not applied, and there was nothing remotely “welcoming” about the experience.
It feels incredibly misleading. Promising good service and basic incentives, then failing to deliver on both, is unacceptable. Charging a service fee on top of this only makes matters worse, especially when the service itself is substandard.
I have now cancelled all future sessions. Thankfully, I was only let down twice.

Highly recommend
I’ve used HouseKeep twice now for cleans and once for a locksmith. I haven’t been able to fault any of them. We live out in the sticks so I was dubious as to whether the trades would be able to find us or be on time, but there were no issues.

If you are a busy zero hr worker pay here for house cleaning
I needed help with cleaning a new home so I chose this company and luckily everything was easy from start to finish.
If you are sensitive to bleach you have the option to provide your own items I think this is good as you can decide how the room smells etc. Customers must provide rubber gloves to cleaners...
Cleaner will send a message to you online and you get a text alert= I like that as in my case the worker was lost so I gave new directions and he was very friendly I do recommend booking 5hrs if you got 2 stairs and 2 toilets. This company saved ne a yon of stress as my new home was dusty by law all landlords should have the home clean so new residents can move in.
