Overall a good experience. Difficulty with delivery date but they sorted it out quickly. Coal excellent. Will continue to use House fuel.

Very helpful
The guys turned up on the correct day, within the set window and within 20 minutes had all 50 bags stacked up where it'd asked them to. All done with a smile too. Thanks you, I'll be coming back for more when I'm getting low.

A very simple and easy way to buy coal. In this modern world of incredibly annoying and time consuming checkouts, that seem to want to know everything from your inside leg measurements to your first pets name. House fuel simply allows you to select your product, choose a delivery slot, pay and get on with your life. I recommend them to everyone I know who uses solid fuel.

Came on time.And they were able to put it through to the back, near to the coal bunker. Was great as usually came on a pallet and had to move it a bag at a time ourselves.
