Lovely products but they do not keep up with stock. For instance, you can buy a harness & it will say that the lead / collar is out of stock but that they will email when it’s back - I’ve waited two years for some items, they still advertise harness but in reality, the rest never comes back. So only buy if you’re happy for a set that doesn’t match.

The packaging is always wonderful and the quality of the items is outstanding.

This was my first time shopping from Hounds of Eden and I'm glad I did.
We needed something to give us a bit more control for our newly rescued Springer Spaniels. No other companies seemed to offer what I was looking for, and when the 2 harnesses arrived we were so pleased with them. They are comfortable and well made and fitted perfectly - they look great and the tube of Love Hearts in the box was a really nice touch. I know where to go in future for doggy supplies

My fist time ordering from this company, the customer service was really good, they emailed me to check the size I ordered was correct and advised on the sizing. The packaging was really cute with fast delivery. I absolutely loved the product the quality of the material was great. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to buy more goodies for my girls!

My son recently adopted from Dogs Trust, an 18 month old sweetie pie called "Daphne". Therefore Daphne needed something to make her feel special so I bought her the matching everything in "Florentina" pattern which suits her beautifully I think. I always shop for dogs at H.O.E as their things are just a bit "different", well made and look really comfy. I just wish that they might do a little bit of cat one day and call it "Cats of Class" and then I could shop for my youngest son's cat. Altogether and always beautifully made, good delivery (direct to Daphne in this case) and looks like it fits. I haven't met her yet so can't judge for myself, but in the photos she looks good.

This company goes above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction I live in Spain and find it difficult to find pretty collars and leads for my two small dogs I had a problem with a collar that had sold out so I returned the collar they replaced the broken piece free of charge and then posted to me free of charge Amazing

I purchased a harness which is perfect - lightweight but strong and secure and the sizing is spot on. The bunny design is just so pretty. My little Bibi spent 9 years in a puppy farm and now she deserves to be spoiled.

This is the only harness I have found that would fit my little Chihuahua perfectly! It’s beautiful design is just stunning.. and the fit is perfect! She loves wearing it. Customer service and delivery was great! This is definitely a website I recommend to all my friends now, and one I will only be using for my little chihuahuas ☺️

Beautiful products. Very well made and great quality that lasts and washes well. The harness has lasted so well after multiple washes and I love the colours and patterns available. The blankets are thick, soft and snuggly and again love all the patterns. Perfect size too. Quick delivery. Fab company that I’d definitely recommend.
