We went to our local hot spring world showroom where we were met by Luke Skilton the sales rep. He was immediately helpful warm and invited us in with a choice of refreshments. He listened to our needs and wants and guided us in the right direction. There was no pressure to buy there and then which was a huge comfort for ourselves as it’s a big investment and presented all the info we needed and made another appointment to go back and see him. Again we were met with nothing but pleasantness and warmth. We then narrowed down the tub we wanted with his help and knowledge esp as we told of my ailments. He was brilliant and then with more back up help from his colleague Maxine there wasn’t anything that they didn’t know or organise between themselves. A truly great experience from start to finish and even now they are in the end of the phone if needed as getting the water correct is an art form and they guided us through it all.

I know what I need for my hot tub. hot Spring World has everything I need. I return to them each time for filters, salt water cartridges and other items. I appreciate having a continuing source for all my hot tub needs and also available to answer questions and provide advice.

We purchased a hot tub from the Limelight Collection at Hotspring World in Ashford, and we couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service we received from John Bird.

From the very beginning, John’s customer service and product knowledge were exemplary. He took the time to explain the different options available and helped my wife and I choose the hot tub that was right for us, without any pressure.

When our tub was delivered we did experience a few issues, but John was always on hand to help and made sure everything was quickly rectified. His responsiveness and commitment to resolving the problems really stood out and gave us great confidence in our purchase.

This level of care is exactly why we chose to buy from Hotspring World rather than purchasing online. I cannot emphasise enough that by making such a financial investment, it pays to have someone readily available to contact by either, Email, phone or go to see face to face to help. John is that man. The customer care and after-sales service are truly second to none.

From the moment we walked around to look at the hot tubs we felt welcomed. Mark guided us through the steps to purchase a new hot tub that would be suitable for our needs. He gave us time to think things over with no pressure.
The paper work was made easy for us who technology is not our forte.
We were informed from start to finish what and when things would happen by phone or email from all departments involved in the process of getting a tub. Delivery was smooth with a call and text giving time and date . The installation was faultless. I was talked through how to use it. Then received a couple of texts and calls afterwards to make sure we were happy with our tub and if we had any questions/problems.
When I rang Mark with a question about chemicals he talked me through it.
We’re looking forward to many happy hours in our tub.
I would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking to purchase a hot .

We still needed to get various works done, and Maxine was brilliant in her care and attention to us in selecting what we progressed with (A Hot Springs Aria), Very Helpful, knowledgeable and supportive at all stages, and going forward. We are in our sixties, Maxine told us exactly what we needed, we should have met her, years ago, she was easily the best we saw, over our lengthy overall deliberation period (2-3 years), our ordering, and finally taking delivery 6 weeks ago. Excellent service received at HotSpring.
Mark provided superb customer service throughout. He recommended several options for us to choose from to suit our garden. Once the deposit was paid we were kept in the loop with every stage. Everyone arrived when they said they would and were extremely professional.
We had a needed help with water care after the tub had been delivered and Mark was on hand to help us with this. Even offering to call in to show us in person.
Highly recommend if youre looking for a hot tub or swim spa.

We purchased the Endless Pool R500 last Spring and have not looked back since. Alex at HotSpring World in Sevenoaks was very supportive in helping us negotiate the various steps leading up to installation and then in clearly explaining the operation and maintenance programmes. It is funny how looking up at the stars at night or taking sneaky early morning dip can so easily become part of your regular routine. We just need Summer to arrive now!

We dealt with Antonio in October, as first time hot tub buyers we were a little unsure which to buy and if we would use it. Antonio was very patient and helped us to choose our hot tub. Whilst he was away Mark provided excellent cover and kept us up to date with everything. It is now nearly 3 months since it arrived. We are more than delighted with the choice and the guidance to get us here. The delivery and set up was very smooth, the guys clearly all knew exactly what to do. Our electrician was also guided by the engineers at HotSpring World to ensure we had the correct set up prior to delivery. We purchased an Endless Pools E550 from Hot Spring World late last year. Alex was professional and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the differences between the available models and helping us make an informed decision.

Following installation, he ensured everything was working correctly and has remained available to provide ongoing support. We are very satisfied with both the product and the service received, and would recommend Hot Spring World without hesitation.

We had previously had a Hot Springs Hot Tub which lasted us over 23 years so we had no hesitation in coming back to Hot Springs for another. I did look in the market but it was soon clear that the Hot Springs tubs are of a superior quality. We love our "Beam" hot tub and all the modern features. Sarah was great in helping us to choose the one that best suited us and guiding us through the maintenance requirements. We are looking forward to another 20 years plus of usage !

We bought our Prodigy hot tub in 2007 (19rs ago) and we are still using it now. We have had a couple of services to make sure everything is running as it should and only once have we had to have something replaced, all is which was done by HTA. The service we have received from Hotspring Spa, now World, has been second to none. They have always given us sound advice when needed and never tried to abuse our trust by trying to make us purchase something that is not necessary. We will continue to liaise with Hotspring whenever we need to and if, one day, we need to replace our Prodigy, which I hope won’t happen for the foreseeable future, we will purchase from Hotspring World, Ashford. Loving our new Azure Premier hot tub. We were so impressed with HotSpring World, the guys are so helpful and their product knowledge is excellent. Answered all of our pre-sales questions clearly and honestly. The planning and installation team were also very professional and made for a very smooth delivery and installation. Highly recommended..
