I-Pay Global, LLC 

To be fair, I did actually meet the woman I married there in 2014 after several years on the site, and after having met and dated several very nice woman prior to meeting my wife. I'm still friends with a few women who have also since gotten married and have wonderful families now. Back then the site was probably about 70% honest profiles, as there were always a high number of fake profiles, scammers and dishonest individuals/agencies in this business.

In 2018 I was contacted by one of these women who warned me that her profile, along with that of my wife were back and active again on I-Pay Global's sites. We learned that the site had lost most of their genuine profiles by July 2018 and were down to a dozen or so pay-by-the-minute (with credits) cam-girls, most using pre recorded videos, and that was it. So along with the local agencies in Ukraine, I-Pay Global was either complicit or masterminded a plan to revive about 200 old profiles, all being run by employees of the local agencies. You will never, ever seen any of these women in video chat.

Since then my wife (and the friends who were locked out of their hijacked profiles) have attempted to get the profiles deleted with no success. My wife has also filed criminal complaints through IC3 and local authorites in the U.S., but we were told not to expect much since I-Pay Global's terms of service basically say they accept zero responsibility for the legitimacy of profiles, or the local agencies they do business with.

There may be honest international dating sites still out there, but this is definitely a company that has no interest in anyone finding a genuine relationship. Maybe a few women using the site are still real and serious, maybe, but I guarantee you at least 99% are straight scams.

This gets 2 stars because it is very low cost compared to all of the other sites. Everything the other reviewers say about it being filled with girls who are getting paid to keep you in chat or sending letters is true.

Chat is one way. This allows the agencies to show videos that are more plausible than in 2 way chat. The RLM site has a voyeur cam feature that scans through the ladies with their cam on. So if you are a premium user then you get to check of the ladies and decide which are real and which are Memorex.

Even though the women are paid, they are real. It is possible to build real relationships here (and on other scammer sites). Keep your expectations low. As others have noted, the scamming really starts if you actually show up to meet one of these women.

Chats are not saved, messages are deleted after 90 days.

For me it is low cost entertainment and every now and again I get a date.

Most if not all the girls on this site are being paid. Their only interest is getting you to spend credits on them. It's very easy to verify this with two accounts. As soon as you log in you will get spammed with emails and chat requests from the same women declaring their love or saying they were thinking about you etc., regardless of whether you even have a profile photo or a filled in profile. Some girls you chat to for a bit and get to know will send you random generic messages the next day (to any account you're logged onto they will reuse the same stuff with { name } ). If you send an intimacy request they will make excuses to drag it out and if you ask about chatting outside the site they go quiet, wait a few days, then try to restart everything as though you've never chatted before.

The golden rule is: if the site is PPL then you are getting scammed. No question about it.

If you say this in a review, the site will reply with some generic message about taking scams seriously and to report to their fraud department - you really think we are gonna report your entire member base? It would be easier to report the genuine girls (if there are any) so you can remove the hundreds of paid actors.

As soon as I learned how HRB worked I dropped it like a bad habit. Women from HotRussianBrides claim to be in search of relationship, but it's absolute BS. When I tracked them down on social media I discovered that the vast majority of them were in relationship. When I tried to reach out to them, they either ignored or blocked me. I found out that HRB offers their female members financial compensation for chatting with the men, so do you see how it works? What a disgusting business practice!

Hotrussianbrides.com and Russialovematch.com are partner sites & the ladies use the same sites over. The guys must be paying on each of the two different sites without knowing. I used HRB for some months and then decided to go meet three ladies in 3 different cities Kiev, Cherkassy & Zaporozhye. Before the date, I was informed to pay USD 100 to buy a ladys contact information and I was told she was interested in me. The Manager Veronika informed me of this from Kharkov. (HRB dont even have an office in Kiev). The idea that this girl was interested in me was a BIG FAT LIE. In Kiev, I took my own friend whom I knew in Kiev as my translator for the date for safety reasons. The first girl Anastasia comes with her HRB translator and me with my translator sat at the table in the same restaurant. Soon this girl started talking about meeting her family. I knew you just cant meet a ladys family after a first date. Then after the meal, they asked my translator to leave & they went on a shopping spree. Luckily I refused to pay for items and she kept whispering to her HRB translator quietly asking me to pay. I bluntly refused. I bought her only a few costumes & nothing more apart from some facial cleanser she wanted. Then on second date, she told me she would meet without her HRB translator and I sat waiting for over 3 hours in a mall only for this girl to return later in the mall giving an excuse she had to work on her day off. She didnt as she came later. I had already left the mall by the time she arrived. She goes and sits in a roof deck bar and calls me asking me to return back. I take my personal translator with me over there for safety. We realise this girl had already eaten. (So much for etiquette. Where they learn their manners from who knows). We leave the place after few drinks. On the 3rd day she promised she would meet me. I wait whole day for her, messaging her, calling her, nothing. My personal friend translator decides to take me around Kiev not to be a disappointed trip. on Day 4 comes the lady wanting to meet at night and we go to a restaurant and she asks for money at the date. I refuse. She gives an excuse saying she needs to pay for rent & utilities. I refuse to give her any money. She gets only money home for a taxi ride. She then calls her agency to say I went to meet other girls and wasnt serious. This is how this girl behaved on HRB. When the manager tells me her comments, I blast the manager. The trip isnt over. I report the complaint to customer service only to be told I shouldnt have paid 100 USD without their acknowledgement. Dont HRB know their own staff??? The same girl Anastasia goes back into the site & starts sending me chat requests. utterly stupid. why wasnt checks done before her profile was on HRB??? Next, 2nd girl I was to meet in Cherkassy. She knew I was coming and I mentioned to her I would be just 2 days there. Last minute after booking a train trip, she contacts me saying she wont have time as she has a baptism to attend for half a day. I clarify this with my personal translator who says baptisms for family gatherings last max 1 or 2 hours in Ukraine not half a day. This girl was another player. Trip got cancelled. 3rd Girl I was to meet in Zaporozhye but she doesnt contact me back before I was to fly out there. Thankfully I cancel my trip to that city. So guys, SAVE your hard earned money and avoid this site HRB at all costs. If you do, then at YOUR OWN RISK. I can even show you receipts of proof of purchase for items paid in Kiev. 2nd girl from Cherkassy is still on the site Username DARIADARINA ID 983099 . Her sister also uses the site. Username IAMNUN. User ID 982655 . Avoid!!!! Also Note these girls change their user ID and profile name & create a new one under a different name. 3 girls 3 scams HRB you are a scam site! Deserve nothing but a raid in your offices and get all your scammers arrested for fraud!!!!! Dont need your apologies as the Truth always comes out!

It was good at first glance but then after you get to know a few girls and see same girls on other sites, ask them about it and they will lie to you every time. For instance, Anna from St. Petersburg, Russia. I talked to her for a long time,things were hot and heavy. Saw her on another site and talked to her there totally different person. Went backto HRB and asked her about it. She got mad and said that they should not be using her profile and that she was going to get it off there. Well that was a lie too. Same girl on Charmdate and Anastasia just to name a few, They will not know you and all will have different stories of family. One thing that stayed the same was her career. I have talked to a few others I recognize at other sites and it is the same lies.These girls are getting paid to talk to you, to keep you spending money. The more you spend the more they make. And watch out for the ones that get you to give them email, they just want you to go to another site where they can make more money.

This is one of the best dating websites I have ever tried. I had decided to give it a try after browsing around for a few minutes. I upgraded to platinum, updated my profile, and uploaded my picture etc. Then within those few minutes of upgrading to platinum I had found a very beautiful and sexy woman and with the small confidence I had I started a chat with 1 of them. At first she was very friendly, as we started chatting we started getting along with each other. As more time had went by she had me thinking she is definitely the one for me, we had a lot of things in common and I had a really good time talking to her. She obviously was on the website doing the exact same thing as me and looking for boyfriend/husband. Now don't get me wrong there are a lot of beautiful and sexy girls on here and they are actually authentic based on the few conversations that I tried to have with various girls. Now compared to the other websites I had tried which were definitely scams compared to this website which is definitely the opposite of a fake dating website. Best dating website in my scenario with so much to do. I highly recommend any new users who want to try to follow my advice and you will most likely have the same results as me. First of all you upload your picture, 2nd of all you update your profile, 3rd of all you find the girls that are online. My 50$ on platinum was well worth it and I highly suggest you do that too so you can stay chatting for awhile without having to refill. I thank the creators of this website for helping me find my very beautiful girlfriend within a hour and also for the confidence boost :).

Fake profiles, women with boyfriends/husbands, customer service that basically tells you the site is a scam. They guarantee nothing. Any money you spend there is gone. It does not matter what you can prove. Just delete your profiles and delete this site from your memory. It just does not get any worse than this.
