Best server and support solution that i work with

I am all the time looking for good server providers that put the customer in the front and deliver a very good solution with excellent support and response time - and this is exactly HostSlim!!

Hello Pedro, I am very sorry for the troubles you've had with colocation. I see there's a lot of miscommunication in your tickets and expectations that were raised by you after you signed the unmanaged colocation agreement. I am very sorry that you have not received what you expected, but that's an extra service we could offer you. Unfortunately you chose to go to another provider so we have never been able to offer you this. I hope all is good for you now.

VERY BAD SUPPORT

I sent a server for COLO and unfortunately I encountered a lot of problems

The server rails did not give me any service after cancellation
Very weak support that takes a few days to answer the smallest issues
Support is very good before the service is purchased, and then I was not given an answer.
Tickets that did not respond were erased after a few hours
All in all it was very bad and I would recommend you do not buy anything from this company

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever, they didn't want to honor their moneyback guarantee. I had to open chargeback dispute with Paypal, they never answered, not even through paypal dispute center and at the end I've got my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND, ZERO STARS!

I am very sorry to hear that you feel this way. Unfortunately when you open a PayPal dispute your refund is delayed as PayPal will reserve the funds until they make a decision. This is not something we could have prevent.

I can't say it was satisfied me or not because at first, I order on VPS Hostslim I should need more time than usual that I order most of VPS, I can tell you when I do order there are almost 24 hours I've been waiting for my server on active. It was a little bit disappointing for me. It was not by mean If you buy a service that was too good to be through like a promotional product you have to pay the condition to underrate, Just because a Promotional product is a part of strategy marketing policy that was allocating from Provider.
Then before I decided to buy this product, I was researching by myself who is VPS Hostslim B.V Company. And as we know, this came from VPS Vpsslim which has operated for many years as to be a provider, So that's why I choose this provider because they have experience in working Server for many years.
But I was on surprised what kind of image on my head it looks like they did not experience of doing this business, How they handle situation make me little bit doubt.
Now I was in uncertainty feeling while they gave me notification through my email that they are fixing something on their hardware and I should wait again for next 48 hours until everything will going to okay.
I'd to wait.

Working

Working, but there have been issues: I had not found my login to VPS control panel anywhere and subsequently my support ticket about that disappeared from the system, but when I created a new support ticket, all have been solved within few hours and all is working now.

Refunded after posting review

Ordered a colocation package, but I cancelled it because I have to ship the hardware to the datacenter and I wouldn't get access to the datacenter itself (although the website states I do get access).

I requested a refund and they replied I would get my money back, but a few hours later the ticket was removed. I opened a new ticket about the case and it has been open for a week, without any reply.

Edit: After posting this review, HostSlim contacted me and provided a full refund.

Host Slime if you ask me

After receiving email after email for every support ticket to post a review here I go.

I ordered a VPS with them back in December 2012. When I ordered it I ordered it with cPanel and used a discount coupon for the VPS. When I asked about the cPanel they informed me that the coupon code had also discounted cPanel and so even tho I paid the price they said I would have to pay the difference. I planned to anyways but no response or support so I canceled the VPS.

Jump forward to last month. I got a Dedicated server from them. I got it for a project and as soon as I ordered it I no longer needed it for the project. So I tried to cancel it then changed my mind. When I ordered it I used a discount code (if they have your email they will spam you with them) and I also ordered CloudLinux and cPanel. It showed up on my order and I paid for everything. Yet again when I asked about it they told me that cPanel and CloudLiunx were discounted so I would have to pay the whole price. I told them that I had already paid $X and if they send me an invoice I would pay the difference. I then installed cPanel as a Trial along with CloudLinux. When I did I discovered that all of my IP addresses were not working then the main IP stopped working. I submitted a response on the ticket about my server on the 8-15-17 now its 8-26-17 and still no response. The tickets self-close after 72 hours even if the staff members have not responded to it.

So my advice to you to stay far away from this company until they can get their stuff together. You would think after 5 years they would learn a thing or two.

Non service

Hostslim is a provider who is not providing the promised service. The online support is almost offline, my webpage is offline for roughly 2 days a week since beginning of the year and a get no answers to my messages.
If you look for a reliable provider, than dont choose hostslim.
