I was amazed by their service, one of the best I have used many hosters, their support response is very good and fast. I feel very lucky to have such a hosting provider.

Good host. It works.

HostSlim (VPSSlim) have great VPS with very good price. The support is very helpful to resolve the problem.

Solve the problem quickly, I like it.

Great support. I had problems with slow disk and invalid ipaddress and fuse module and they resolved the issue very quickly.

Beware ! They deliver Spam VPS/IP's !
These guys will deliver you IP's whom are all on spamlists from Spamhaus, Barracuda, gmail and hotmail. So your company mail will not arrive and will be blocked to nearly the whole world ! You cannot use your mail as it is identified as Spamserver/ip. I even asked them for an extra ip in case of problems, they would arrange that and noted on invoice, however when i asked for it they didn't have any !
They charge per year, which means you have an entire year a vps/server/ip that's absolutely useless. You end up writing 100 tickets about it the whole year long and nothing changes for the good ! Stay away from these guys !

They are SCAM

i ordered server with them first they were not able to deliver it than i ask for refund now its been 3-4 months and they havn't refunded yet and they reply to tickets after weeks or sometime not even reply :(

Customer service is really, really, really below par...
Turn around time is really bad, communication using phone is IMpossible and the ticketing system is really not efficient.
Is there really only one person working for the company? It seems like theres only one responding (if you’re lucky).

It take ages for them to resolve a ticket, get back to you and update your request.
I spent way too much time chasing them in order to get my website and products working, fault after fault has been made...

Ralph was there for us promptly from the first contact. Everything was quick and friendly. So far we are satisfied with HostSlim's Colocation services. Thanks!

Hostslim SEEMS to be a scam

HOSTSLIM.eu and HOSTSLAYER.com are the same team.
And they SEEM to be scammers.

It's been a month since I paid for a hosting plan and got nothing
Every time I try to login to my Cpanel I get this message "Unable to autologin. Contact Support"

But support is dead, all my tickets are still unanswered.
And again - it's been a MONTH.

I guess it SEEMS to be a scam so be careful out there and don't make my mistake dealing with HOSTSLIM or HOSTSLAYER.

UPD: Few month later now.
Hostslim reported this review so it was deleted from TrustPilot for the words "Scam" and "Scammers".

But they still didn't reply on my tickets and didn't refund me.

I guess it's completely obvious now

Worst host I've been with. The support is slow, arrogant and often doesn't even bother trying to fix the issue at hand. Very disappointed, switching to a different host. Should've done so ages ago.

They closed my ticket twice without any feedback.

Server got delivered in less than 24 hours and it has amazing speed, ralph is a good guy and willing to help you and keeping you satisfied ! I recommend tthis company for anyone who want peace of mind
