Ticket fraud is so strict that I can’t buy it

My VPS with Host Media has been provisioned instantly after placing my order and is running flawlessly since then. It comes with IPv4 and IPv6 by default and provides decent performance for its value.
Their support is fast, friendly and helpful and I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.

It's easy and fasts to deploy a VPS server with Host media in the UK, Their audit is strict, But after submitting all valid documents, everything goes smooth and fast. Server running well. Fast and pro service. good experience.

I picked up this VPS during a Black Friday sale to run a nameserver. I had some issues setting up the reverse DNS in the control panel, but support was quick to rectify the problem. I've had no other issues and the server is running great.

I have been with Hostmedia for a few months now.
When I have encountered problems I did not no about, they would quite happily respond to my ticket within a few minutes and sort it out their end.

The uptime of the server is brilliant and I have had no issues.

I will definitely continue to keep using them. They also do a monthly plan for wordpress sharing which is really handy.

they closed my support ticket after they replied and without my confirmation to explain after that they kicked me out by looking for another provider.

Just thought I would spare a moment to share my appreciation for your service. I have been with Hostmedia since 2014, mostly on the Free hosting plan. When I first joined it was all cPanel and within the past few years they have switched me over to DirectAdmin which is also great.

Honestly, had maybe like 2 or 3 cases of downtime since 2014, which were quickly solved and I think is pretty amazing.

Just like to say a quick thank you as you have saved me lots of money by providing a stable hosting platform.

I've only just started the migration to Hostmedia, but so far the team have been a great help, quickly responding to messages and even copying my site across so I didn't have to. I can't yet vouch for long term stability, but first impressions are fantastic.

Been using HostMedia for the last six weeks or so for website hosting. Server is fast, nice to have DirectAdmin control panel (cPanel also available), very reasonably priced. Had a small issue today of my own making, was all sorted by their sales team in no time at all. Would happily recommend.

I recently swapped from a host where everything was a chargeable extra and there were rising/hidden costs for everything and support was slow. When I started using Host Media I was really surprised at just how helpful a domain/hosting provider could be. The team were replying to my queries within minutes and got everything sorted out very quickly. Add to that the fact Host Media were the best value I could find and it's an even better option! Definitely recommended and thanks for all your help.

I cannot praise Host Media enough for all their hard work and endeavour in setting up our websites. Our environment consisted of some complex configuration but Host Media were able to rise to the challenge and setup the environment we needed in super quick time! Customer support is first class with communication polite, fast, prompt, and professional.

Also, they offer an incredible price for the services they provide. In fact we couldn't find anyone offering the same level of service for the price and the technologies we required to power our websites.

Without a shadow of a doubt would highly recommend!

Unless there is some cataclysmic event that destroys the earth, I will be placing all my business with Hostmedia for the NEXT two decades.
I am struggling to come up with enough superlatives to do these guys justice. They have consistently under-promised and over-delivered.
They are professional, knowledgeable, exceptionally helpful, friendly, and they respond extremely quickly - which is quite rare these days.
If your expectations are as high as mine, and you’re not prepared to accept mediocrity or excuses from your business partners, (and especially if you have had an indifferent experience with hosting companies in the past), I have absolutely no hesitation in strongly recommending Hostmedia for all your web hosting requirements.

I've been a client of HM for a few years now and I'm so happy I switched to their services.

They regularly upgrade their servers to ensure we're getting the best performance possible. And their support is second to none.

Good service at the start but then I found my sites started to run slow regardless of me upgrading my package. Upon consulting outside advice from a friend, I found that unnecessary script had been added to my databases to purposely slow my sites down. I have since migrated out and had no issues with exactly the same sites
