Don't use this company

Don't use this company. They deleted my server and I lost a year of work and all my data. They admitted it was a 'mix-up' and their offer was 2 weeks of free hosting.
Stay away from them.

yes cheap vps, but throttle traffic

yes cheap vps, but throttle traffic
your xray vpn would be laggy :(
test it whilst being in georgia, kazahstan, china, thailand, maybe ok speeds if in the middle of europe, dont know yet

seems as if they have shared traffic for cheap vps
+ drops throttle to median ~10mbps, alas often annoying

if only had 30mbps+, would be 5 stars

not terrible, not great, still using
but you get SWISS IP, so it is ok, still usable

Our VPS plans are not designed to throttle traffic. Network speed can vary depending on factors such as the testing server used, routing between locations, current network load, and whether the test runs on a single or multiple connections.

If you’re seeing consistently low download speeds, please open a support ticket and include the speed test link, server location, and time of the test. This helps our team check routing and run diagnostics from our side.

I switched to this hosting

I switched to this hosting. The first week everything was perfect, but then I suddenly had network problems. They claimed it was my fault. Eventually it got fixed, but now we’re experiencing network issues again, and they’re saying it’s our fault again. The support is really poor — they always seem to blame you instead of acknowledging the problem on their end.

Paid for a service that was never…

Paid for a service that was never provided. Instead, they kept my money and made me wait with excuse after excuse. Support is incredibly slow and gives no real answers, and getting a refund feels impossible. This experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly warn others to think twice before trusting this company.

I am using hostkey for some months and…

I am using hostkey for some months and I am writing my honest review about this company. I am totally frustrated about this company policy and system.
1. They will show you discounted price in their website but with a short notice they will increase the price of the running server.
2. They will block the server IP without any notice. If any client do any spam or anythig happen they will block the server.
3. Almost 5 hours now my server offline, my client asking for money back and opening dispute. Just imagine the situation I have.
4. Support team super slow, for small issue you have open ticket and just reply again and again without any solution.

I did a big mistake to start business with this company. I am closing all server with them one by one.
So so frustrated now !!!

Regarding pricing: when renting a server, the price does not increase during the first 3 months. If you experienced a price change during this period, it is likely due to an automated system error. Please contact Customer Support so we can review your case and restore the correct pricing if necessary.

Concerning IP blocking: our Terms of Service comply with European legislation. If violations occur, including spam or other prohibited activities, we are required to suspend services. These measures are taken to protect the network and other customers.

About the server being offline: please provide your invoice number, ticket number, or any relevant details. Our Customer Service Quality Department will investigate the situation thoroughly.

Regarding support response times: we aim to assist our customers as quickly as possible. Occasionally, during periods of high demand, response times may increase as tickets are handled in the order received. This does not happen often, and we are continuously working to improve our response speed and prevent such situations.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Customer support is extremely slow to respond, and the refund process takes an unreasonable amount of time with little communication or updates. I felt ignored and frustrated throughout the whole process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using their services.

Do not try

HTML5 console won't work, other users were able to login into my VPS, support called that "minor issue". They won't provide any refund and support agent profile pictures are from scam sites. Please check agent support chat confirming users logging in by mistake on other VMs and answer back about the missing refund.

Regarding the refund request. At the time of your inquiry, your account balance was below 10 USD. According to our refund policy, refunds are subject to a 5% commission with a minimum fee of 10 EUR. For this reason, a refund could not be processed at that moment.Additionally, we can confirm that the remaining account balance was subsequently fully used for service rental, and there are currently no unused funds left on the account.
Once again, we apologize for the experience you had. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service and prevent similar situations in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience. After placing an order for a server and paying $188, my payment was held and I was informed that I needed to complete KYC verification. This requirement was not disclosed prior to payment and was only communicated afterward. When I contacted live chat support, they were unable to offer meaningful assistance and stated that a refund was not possible due to company policy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
