Do not use hostinger! They have very harsh customer service terms. They blocked and permanently suspended VPS and websites without stating any reason or warning. I WILL never buy anything from them again!!!

Its a pretty solid host. You get a clean UI and everything is integrated nicely. But prices are pretty expensive for what you get (Other hosts give you more for a lot less). Ignoring the price though. It is a solid host

I am appalled by Hostinger's lack of professional ethics. Their user interface is intentionally designed with "dark patterns" to trick customers into unnecessary purchases. While attempting a simple hardware upgrade for my VPS, the system forced a $72 USD "Daily Backup" service into my cart with no visible option to opt-out or remove it.

I was misled into an accidental charge of $34.46 just by following their "upgrade" flow. To make matters worse, their support system is a complete sham. They force you through an AI bot (Kodee) that outright lies about refund policies to prevent you from reclaiming your money. Once you finally reach a human agent after an exhausting wait, they resort to silence the moment you question their forced billing practices.

As a systems logic architect with 40 years of experience, I can confidently say that Hostinger is not a technology company; it is a marketing trap. They block legitimate 30-day money-back guarantee claims and hold server upgrades hostage unless you purchase unrequested add-ons.

Do not waste your money here. If you value honesty and actual support, stay away from Hostinger. I am initiating a formal chargeback with my bank and migrating all my infrastructure to a provider that actually respects its users.
