I would give 10 stars to Ignacio…

I would give 10 stars to Ignacio Marinucci if were possible. He has been awesome to work with. I took weeks to make my decision to come on board and he was patient with me and was always available to answer my MANY questions about Hostfully compared to the competition. Thank you!

Marcos was absolutely incredible

Marcos was absolutely incredible! He never stopped helping me until I was signed up to Hostfully, the technical support and level of service he provided me was next level. Jose is by far the most valuable part of my experience with Hostfully. He has taught me so much about the platform and helped me troubleshoot multiple issues. When I had an urgent problem that needed immediate help, no one was available through the customer support chat so I reached out to Jose and he immediately helped to remedy the issue! Hostfully is awesome

Hostfully is awesome. We started with another company on our startup property management business and they were awful. After searching for something else, we landed on Hostfully. The onboarding process was so easy, our onboarding specialist Pablo has the patience of a saint. Now that I know what I'm doing (mostly) if I run into a problem I have several options to seek out help and information. The platform itself is intuitive and they are constantly making it better. I am very happy with Hostfully and we recommend it to everyone who is in this business.

Terrific Customer Support and Great Platform

As a new vacation rental host, Hostfully has been such a great resource for me. It takes a little while to figure out the system and how everything works together, but the support team is excellent. As with any technology, there have been a few hiccups along the way, so having a support team that is at my fingertips is incredibly helpful. I never feel like I'm bothering anyone with my questions and am always asked what else they can help with during every interaction. The gal I worked with for onboarding (Kana) was/is so awesome as well!

Since starting our company as an onsite…

Since starting our company as an onsite provider servicing vacation rentals Hostfully has played a huge part in our success. The product support and integrations with industry staples has made the managing of a larger portfolio possible. The ability to use only the parts of the software that we needed with the option to grow and add on seamlessly has made our business thrive without adding specialized employees.
