I have indicated that I will need an invoice for my order. You have not provided it and I am still in lenghty discussion with your czstomer service to get one. Plus the order was home delivery and it was only delivered to the post office with akward opening hours. A real hassle.

The delivery time is way too long
The delivery time is way too long. I ordered on November 25, the order arrived on January 3. And one item is missing from the package and no information about if it'll arrive later or the price will be returned. It was a sad experience. :(

It was the worst order
It was the worst order, that I had, as it toom more, than 1 month to deliver the producst, and even if it was promised to deliver between 13-16 Dec., it arrived on the 28th of Dec. So my christmas present and surpise was destroyed, I’m very disappointed.
