promises on the website goods ready for immediate dispatch and delivery within 1-3 working days, suddenly it is 4-9 working days although the website still says 1-3 working days.
Customer service is just playing it down.
Once and never again, rarely had such an unreliable store

Terrible experience writing to the…
Terrible experience writing to the customer support. I’m trying to file a complaint for shoes which have a manufacturing defect - the zipper stopped working after the second use.
It’s been 12 days since I first wrote to them and still no response.
I also had another issue with my order and needed to return shoes because they sent me two different sizes. The whole process from raising the complaint, sending it back and getting refund took almost 2 months!!
Absurd, just buy somewhere else unless you have patience for ineffectiveness.
