Beware of their hidden costs for a…

Beware of their hidden costs for a product that did nothing for me after 3 months. First I was being charged monthly for a “ health program” that I never signed up for. So at that point I canceled my subscription and even received an email confirming my subscription was canceled. Then they turned around and charged me for another three bottles and when I contacted them indicating I had canceled my subscription, I was told the subscription I canceled was for their health plan only and they would not refund my money for the three bottles I did not order. Initially there was nothing I saw that indicated anything about any subscriptions. I’m sure it was buried somewhere in the fine print.

During checkout, customers may choose to activate a 14-day Wellness Challenge trial, which is offered alongside the order. This trial includes reminder notifications: one reminder is sent 7 days into the trial, and another reminder is sent 7 days before the first charge. If the trial is not canceled within the 14-day period, it converts into a monthly digital subscription.

If a cancellation request is sent regarding the challenge without specifying multiple services, we cancel the Wellness Challenge subscription only. The cancellation confirmation email clearly states which subscription was canceled. In our support replies, we also confirm the cancellation and explicitly indicate whether any supplement autoship subscription remains active, including the next renewal date.

The supplement autoship is separate from the digital Wellness Challenge subscription. For the supplement subscription, a renewal reminder email is sent 7 days before each recurring shipment. If not canceled prior to the renewal date, the order processes according to the subscription terms selected at checkout.

We understand that managing multiple subscriptions can sometimes be confusing, and we are always willing to review any account in detail to ensure everything was handled correctly. Product did not work for me

Product did not work for me. My symptoms got worse. Beware if subscription.I was charged for a health plan never ordered it. My bad foe not reading fine print. Then I canceled the next shipment and was charged $33 for price difference. Customer service responded right away but charged additional charges. Another product failed results. So frustrating!!!

Every body responds differently to supplements, and while many customers use Hormify without issue, individual reactions can vary. If you felt your symptoms worsened, discontinuing use was the appropriate step. If you have any ongoing concerns, consulting your healthcare provider can help determine what may be contributing to those symptoms.

Regarding the subscription and pricing concerns, all subscription selections and promotional terms are presented at checkout before an order is completed and are outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Discounted pricing is tied to the subscription option selected. If the subscription is canceled outside of the promotional terms, the order converts from the discounted subscription rate to the standard one-time purchase price, and the difference is charged accordingly.

We do not charge cancellation fees. Customers are provided with a unique self-cancellation link, which is also included in reminder emails prior to rebilling, allowing changes or cancellations to be made directly within the stated timeframe.

Misleading subscription practices and…

Misleading subscription practices and refusal to honor cancellation
I had a disappointing experience with this company. I contacted them on February 11 to cancel my subscription before the renewal date, and was unsatisfied with the product. They never informed me that anything was incomplete or that additional steps were required. Instead, they charged me anyway and then tried to justify it using internal terms never clearly disclosed at checkout.
I repeatedly asked them not to send the product, yet they initiated shipment after my cancellation request. I never received the product, yet they refused to issue a refund or take responsibility for failing to process the cancellation.
This kind of behavior is not acceptable. Clear communication, transparent terms, and respect for customer requests are basic expectations. Unfortunately, this company did not meet any of them.
I do not recommend them based on my experience.

When a cancellation request is submitted, it must be completed before the renewal processing window closes. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be stopped, as it has already been transmitted to the warehouse system. This is an automated process and not a manual override decision.

We do not ignore cancellation requests, nor do we rely on undisclosed internal policies. All billing and subscription structures are disclosed during purchase. If a request is received after the renewal has processed, it applies to future shipments rather than the order already generated.

I recently started Hormify and I have…

I recently started Hormify and I have actually gained weight even with a cut in calories???? I used provitalize for a year and had small but consistent results in weight loss, more importantly it reduced inflammation and made my joints feel great. But since weight loss was limited, I thought I would try this product and see if it was a better fit for me. I am uncomfortable again and have gained weight! I have only been on it a week, so I am praying that if I give it more time for my body to adjust that it will start working for me. I came to this sight to see if anyone else had a weight gain effect when first switching to this product, but looks like maybe just me

Hormify is designed to support hormonal balance, energy, mood, and circulation. In the first week of use, short-term fluctuations are often related to normal water retention, hormonal shifts, sodium intake, stress levels, or digestive changes rather than actual fat gain.

Because you’ve only been on Hormify for one week, your body may still be adjusting. Hormonal-support formulas typically require several weeks of consistent use before meaningful changes are noticeable. Many customers evaluate results over 4–8 weeks rather than the first 7 days.

It’s also important to note that if you previously felt reduced inflammation and joint comfort on another formula, the difference you’re noticing may relate to ingredient variations rather than Hormify “causing” discomfort. Every body responds differently to herbal blends.

Consistency is key. Please don’t feel disheartened. If you persevere through any temporary adjustment discomfort, positive changes can follow.

Website could use some work but would 100% recommend the products

It was pretty easy to order. I would like to see something set up so people can log on to an account to see their orders and or reorder stuff that is not included in the monthly subscription ( which by the way the website is not very clear on the month subscription and so I do believe I have 2 subscriptions now. Besides that all the stuff that 1 orders are amazing. I have lost 15 pounds since starting it and i don't crave sweets. The night one actually makes me sleep (which i was taking a Tylenol PM to help me sleep I dont do that anymore. Love the product!

Horrible

Horrible, Does not work did not sIgn up for a subscription. Even though they said I did. Charged $119.00 after canceling and asking for my refund they said i canceled within 48 hours of the shipment so no refund. I do have several emails assuring me that the Subscription I didn't sign up for was canceled. We will see. Don't waste your money or time!!! Scam

We do not add subscriptions to orders without customer selection. Any subscription option must be actively chosen at checkout, and the recurring terms are displayed prior to completing the purchase. Order confirmations also clearly indicate whether the purchase was a subscription.

If a subscription is canceled, the cancellation applies to future renewals. However, if a cancellation request is submitted within the processing window of a scheduled shipment (for example, within 48 hours of the order entering fulfillment), that shipment may already be locked into our warehouse system and cannot be stopped. In those cases, the cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically reverse an order that has already processed.

We do not operate as a scam, and we do not charge customers arbitrarily. All billing timelines and policies are outlined in our terms and in reminder emails sent prior to renewal.

If you have multiple emails confirming cancellation, we encourage you to contact our support team with your order number so we can review the exact timing of the cancellation relative to the renewal and shipment processing. We are committed to reviewing each case based on documented timestamps and the agreed purchase terms.

I ordered 3 bottles on January 24th

I ordered 3 bottles on January 24th. They charged my credit card, which was fine. Then they charged my credit $19.99 two weeks later. I wrote my first email to the only email on their website, no phone number, no response. Second email cancelling my order and/or subscription because not only does the product not work it is tearing up stomach. Second email sent February 10th, no response. Third email sent February 13th , no response and finally one sent today. This company is awful with no way to contact them.

If that message is not replied to directly and instead new emails are sent as separate tickets, it can reset the queue and delay resolution. Only one automated reply is sent per ticket, and replying to the same thread connects you with a human agent.

We do not ignore customer emails. If you have not received assistance, we encourage you to reply directly to your most recent support email so we can immediately locate your account and review both the subscription status and your concerns about side effects.

Don't do it. Monthly charge and cant get it canceled

They enrolled me in a monthly challenge plan that I did NOT want. Its very frustrating. I have tried to contact them by email, since there is no phone number to call, for the last TWO MONTHS to cancel this $19.99 plan. I have received no response. But every month I get an email saying in 7 days my card will be charged. So they CAN email. But they can not cancel. I am about to call my bank to see if I can block them or I will just cancel the card they are using. Do not click on anything to buy from them or you will be in the same situation as I am.
