Beware!

I went on the Hormify website and looked at the product. I clicked to purchase a 3 month supply and thats when the ad on supplements started on every page thereafter. With this i was done looking as with a website that tries to sell more products..different products I see a red flag. I hit the back button and got out of the website. 12 hours later I see not 1..but 3 charges to my Discover account $104. 97, $50.97, and $74.97.
I contacted Hormify, but they say the order has left their warehouse and I'd have to receive the product and read how to return it. It will be shipped back unopened...RETURN TO SENDER will be written on the package and Discover will remedy this malicious, Fake order I did not order.
Beware of this company!

However, we would like to clarify a few important details. The additional supplement pages you mentioned are part of our one-time post-purchase offers, which are only shown after an initial order has already been successfully placed. This means that before seeing those pages, the checkout process had already been completed — including selecting your plan (one-time purchase or subscription, 1–6 month supply), entering your delivery details, and confirming payment.

These offers are optional and clearly presented with the choice to accept or decline. Customers can simply select “No, thank you” to skip them. If additional charges appeared, this indicates that the items were selected and added rather than declined.

If the page was exited without completing a selection, the system may finalize the previously selected offer once the session expires, which can result in additional items being included in the order.

Regarding shipping, as our support team explained, once an order has left the warehouse, it cannot be stopped in transit. Returning the package unopened with “Return to Sender” is the correct approach, and once received, the return can be processed according to our policy.

We take claims of unauthorized orders seriously and are confident that all orders require active input and confirmation. We recommend continuing to work with our support team and your payment provider to review the full transaction details.

Hormify gave me Vertigo for more than a…

Hormify gave me Vertigo for more than a week. I threw away the first tree containers and I just received another shipment. Be aware that it’s a subscription, I didn’t know that.
Also they wouldn’t take the product back.
Free returns advertising is a scam.
Do not order from them. The product made me very sick.

Hormify is generally well tolerated, but individual reactions can vary. Symptoms like vertigo are not commonly reported, but if you experienced this, discontinuing use was the right step. We take health-related feedback seriously.

Regarding subscriptions, any recurring option must be selected at checkout, and this is shown before completing the order as well as in the confirmation email. Reminder emails are also sent prior to renewal, including a self-cancellation link.

We also want to note that if three containers were received and not used, this represents approximately a three-month supply. During that time, customers can reach out at any point to report issues or request cancellation, and we would have been able to stop any future shipments to prevent additional charges.

As for returns, our policy and eligibility criteria are outlined clearly during purchase. We understand how this may have felt frustrating, and we’re happy to review your case in detail.

If I could give 0 stars I would have

If I could give 0 stars I would have. This product does not work. I took it faithfully every day for 2 months and seen no results. When I noticed the next order came out of my account I emailed them to let them know that I no longer wanted it forgetting there was a subscription. The product was not shipped yet. They refused to refund my money and to cancel the order. Their customer service is awful.

Regarding your order, subscription terms and renewal timing are presented at checkout and in the order confirmation. Once a renewal has been processed, the order is immediately sent into fulfillment, and at that stage it can no longer be canceled or refunded, even if it has not yet shipped. Cancellation requests apply to future shipments rather than orders that have already been generated.

We understand how frustrating this can feel, and we do not ignore customer requests. Our support team responds based on the timing of the request relative to the billing and fulfillment process, following the terms agreed to at purchase.

This product is an absolute scam


This product is an absolute scam. I have been taking it faithfully over 1 month and have lost nothing, I exercise 5 days a week. I do intermittent fasting so I have good eating habits. This product requires you take pills that do not work. Its costly and absolutely horrible.

I have been taking this since 2/23

I have been taking this since 2/23. In the first two days I lost five pounds. Then.....I have maintained a less than 1000 calorie per day regiment. Today is March 5, in ten days of dieting and consistent exercise I have lost absolutely nothing more.......Very disappointed.

Keep Going!

I was originally using the hormonal pills and didn't renew my subscription afyer 6 months taking these pills and after a couple weeks of not taking realizing they were working and feeling bloat,tired and just miserable. I decided to reorder my pills.
