HW300 This is a fantastic floor hoover/washer. I have laminate, LVT and vinyl in my home and this product is brilliant. It was easy to assemble and it's also easy to clean when finished. It lifted lots of crumbs and hair from the floor with no effort. Great battery life too and digital display let's you know if battery low or blockages etc. Ive used other cleaners like this but this was definitely superior. Cleans right up to the edge and love the fact that it can be used under furniture and beds..great design. Its lightweight and easy to use. Makes hoovering and cleaning all my floors an effortless job.
I would have preferred written instructions rather than diagrams and I think an extra cleaning roller would be good too.
But apart from that it's brilliant. Would recommend. Well done Hoover.

The cleaner, Hoover HF1 + 1 PET, was at a great price compared with the competition.
The cleaner has really great suction, is well made, good accessories and a 2 year warranty. Don't spend hundreds on one. Buy this Hoover.

We wanted an easy to handle and efficient way of cleaning our mattresses. We had recently tried our regular vacuum and we could see that we were removing some dust and fluff. Looking at the reviews of Hoover’s HMC5, other users were removing significantly more debris. Our first use of this machine left us speechless, what we thought was a clean mattress managed to fill the dust collector. The same when we tried it on our sofas.
The machine is easily handled and light enough for one handed operation. The added features of mite warning, % humidity and UV light worked perfectly.

Throughly recommend this machine as easy to use and really efficient.

Excellent product have bought 3 and very light weight as it doesnt have a power battery just cordless. Great suction and very easy to clean

I bought a Hoover tumble dryer from AO, just under 4 years ago and it was fitted by their engineers. The product came with a 10 year parts guarantee. The machine became faulty around 3 weeks ago, whereupon I requested a Hoover engineer attend for a fixed price £160 + free parts under the 10 year parts guarantee. The engineer advised the motor needed replacing. I then received an email from your resolutions team saying you no longer manufactured the part, so you would offer me a replacement machine which would be similar to my exisiting machine at a discounted price of £368. Today the replacement arrived, and it appears to be exactly the same model that became faulty. How is it that you can manufacture motors for the new models but can't provide them as spares ? I also now fail to understand why you're unable to honour your 10 year parts guarantee as you clearly are able to provide the motor albeit in a brand new model . Your 10 year parts guarantee is worthless in my opinion.

Update 18/9/25 - since writing this original review, I made my feelings & queries know to hoover by email on several occassions, but have never received any response from hoover, apart from the social media people, who were unable to answer my questions and referred me to resolutions/escalation. Never heard back from them ! Furthermore, I was invited to take part in a FEEFO review, where I detailed all my complaints.

That complaint was only partially published leaving out the substance of my complaints !

I'm downgrading my original score from 2 to 1 as the follow up service has been appalling.

Excellent customer service and fast delivery. Initial impressions are great sturdy vacuum, does the job well considering I have a heavy shedding dog and live by the coast, so sand everywhere. Only just received so will see how it goes

I found the instructions very difficult. Once I had followed correctly, it was very good.
Quite a heavy item. Definitely recommend, I will use daily I’m sure.

Hoover have asked me to be a product tester for one of their new cordless hoovers. Once selected my Hoover, they arranged the delivery within 3 days and kept me informed with the courier name and ETA for the delivery.

"I recently acquired this wet and dry Hoover and it's a game-changer for cleaning my floors. The whole of my downstairs is hard Flooring. This product makes it quick and simple to clean up everyday messes. The wet cleaning function is great for spills and stains, and cleaning up animal hair, It leaves my floors looking spotless. The self-cleaning feature is also a huge plus, also the way it talks to you is a bonus telling you when it needs charging and cleaning out. Overall, I'm very happy with this product, the ease of use and manoeuvrability. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wet & Dry. Very impressed

I am so thrilled with this product. It arrived quickly and well packaged and was so easy to put together. I love the simplicity of the controls and the fact it talks to you and has a display showing the charge. The charging unit is a little bulky but sits on the floor so doesn't need fixing to the wall. It cleans brilliantly (probably the most important point) It vacuums really well and the fact you have a vacuum and washer in one is a game changer - saving so much time cleaning and with superb results. It works right up the the skirting boards. It was a little strange to start with as it pulls you along, but soon got used to it and it is very light to manouver. The bar can get stuck a few times and you have to free it and clean any collected fluff etc but this is very easy to do. Water compartments are very easy to use and the machine tells you when to empty/replace water. The only negative I have found is that it has no attachments so you cannot get to very small spaces. I would thoroughly recommend this product.

Delighted with my new hoover - it’s cordless with a good battery life and it means I can clean the whole house with one charge. It also detects the type of flooring and adjusts accordingly which is very helpful as I have hard floors downstairs with some rugs as well. Overall I am very pleased with it.

We have a mixture of floors at home, carpet, wood, tile the hoover wet and dry vac worked brilliantly moving from one to the other effortlessly. The charger station is so easy to use, very lightweight suction on the wet/dry vac is amazing. I have tried others but this one does it all. Great purchase from Hoover 10/10 ***

Swift delivery. Very quick and easy to assemble - everything just clicks into place without even needing to look at the instructions. The lights are surprisingly useful and I love the ease of converting the upright to a hand-held cylinder. It made cleaning the stairs really easy. Also very simple to empty. I'm delighted with this Hoover!
