Hoover HG2 Robot vacuum
When i initially went to order the item the product was out of stock. I set up a reminder via the Hoover Website. I was emailed when in stock. I ordered and the item was delivered next day. Great start.
I have set the robot up using the instruction booklet and app. Booklet could be clearer as it’s just pictures. The vacuum cleans very well and will definitely be a great little help in between main housework day to keep the floors clear. (We have a hairy dog).
Just started a mop cycle as we speak and it’s not doing a bad job. Obviously it’s a lot slower than a human but who cares! . All in all a great little gadget and would recommend.
My dog is not scared of this either which is a bonus, he hates our upright vacuum.
Only had a few days so not sure on some stuff. We’ve named our robot Robbie

My robot hover didn’t work and was a faff trying to call their customer service and then 3rd party who deals with it have to send it back and buy another not given option to have a replacement sent where you emailed
And wait 3 days for them to come back. So then have to wait for my refund before then can get a replacement. Will look at other brands as thought buying direct from Hoover would have had better customer service experience than this. After spending £400 on this too expected it to work and not wait to get a response to then be able to get a response and ticket to drop off to Evri myself to return it!

And the extension tube goes up the stairs from the bottom to the top.
But I do have a complaint - the plug's harder to go into the socket than my old Dyson. Considering you have an 11% offer for senior citizens why it is so difficult to plug in the hoover?
