Absolutely love Hoops and Chains! Awesome designs, gorgeous jewellery and excellent customer service.
I had a problem with an item and they sorted it out straight away no problem at all.

I love the brand, especially the offensive jewellery. However I bought the F*** it hoop silver earrings and unfortunately the clasp wasn’t connecting for the back of the earring, I was disappointed as these was bought for my Friends 40th, luckily a friend of mine squeezed the clasp together so the earring didn’t fall out of her ear. However with all of this, she was getting compliments of where they came from which I was happy to share.

What can I say about this company … a friend brought a chain for me which was unsuitable. I contacted them and they went over and above to sort out the issue they are the best .. quality great too .. will deffo use again .

I bought the smiley studs for myself, plus the rave huggie. I also purchased the fuvkit necklace for my friend's 50th. She hasn't had it yet but I'm in no doubt she'll love it!

I've loved hoops + chains for a long time now and was super excited to receive my order of three earrings. Unfortunately two of the three pairs were damaged, one had a clasp that was too lose and wouldn't stay closed, the other had a clasp that was too far from the connecting bit. I wrote to hoops + chains to let them know, and about 5 days later I received an email telling me that the Rhi Rhi earrings were out of stock but they'll have a root around to try and find something. No mention of the Shola. I thought they'd follow up the email at least letting me know about the pair they'd acknowledged, but they didn't, so there's currently still no resolution, I'm two pairs of earrings down, which were bought specifically for a festival on the weekend just gone, and I'm rapidly losing love for a company I once had so many good things to say about. I've been prompted twice to leave a review so here it is.

June 7th - 1st email to hoops + chains
June 11th - 2nd email hoops + chains
June 13th - Reply from hoops + chains
As of June 18th - No follow up from them with a resolution

Like many other people I stumbled upon this band on Insta and I was immediately intrigued. I ordered three items and all of them look and feel beautiful.
Also Hoops + Chains has amazing customer service. One if the chains I ordered was faulty and they replied quickly and went above and beyond to offer a satisfying solution. Just lovely. Will definitely order again.
