I think Hoooyi is a hidden gem. I've ordered probably 10 shirts over the past 2 years from them (I don't shop often) and I'm happy with almost every one of them. I order the textured shirts and always get compliments on them. I've never seen other people with the same style shirts. I like the materials they use and the textured/waffle shirts are so soft. The seams may have a string or two loosen over time, but I just cut the extras off. I just got 3 new shirts from them and I love it, which is why I'm leaving this review.

The quality not the best and I ask for return it supposed to be free and I have to pay to return them.

The order took around 3 weeks to arrive but once it did I was happy with all 5 items I bought. At first I didn't get any shipping updates but once it arrived in the UK I got final mile updates from Royal Mail. I knew it was coming from abroad so I exercised some patience at first. No complaints here and I'd use them again.

Anything you buy from here will look like the halloween costume version of the picture. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible quality clothes, dont buy!!

If I had only known:
Takes 3 weeks to arrive from China.
Clothing is expensive and overpriced.
They send the wrong item.
AND you have to pay the return fees in order to get a refund.

I purchased about 10 shirts for $100 and they are really good quality considering their price. We'll see if they stand the test of time but I think its a great value no matter what. If you are looking for simple, single material shirts this website is awesome.

I had never heard of Hoooyi until last month when I randomly got an ad on instagram. The clothes looked nice, so I decided to give it a shot.

I ordered 4 things on Cyber Monday and got 15% off my order, as well as free shipping. 3 out of 4 things I ordered I was very satisfied with. My fav item was the "Waffle Hooded Fleece Lined Shirt." The designs were nice overall and the quality seemed a step above Shein, though also more expensive (which is fine if the quality is actually better).

There was one item I sent back though (Ribbed Crew Sweatshirt). I didn't like it because of the material wasn't what I was expecting and customer service gave me instructions on how to send it back. Unfortunately it's not free shipping unless you're a member of Hoooyi Plus (which has other benefits). I, however, am not a member so I just sent it through USPS since it was the cheapest. I entered my tracking number on their website and let them know I sent the package. I've already got a full refund on the item.

Based on my personal experience, I was surprised to see all the bad reviews on here. Unfortunately, people who have had great experiences aren't as likely to write reviews on here as there's nothing extra motivating them. In my case, I went out of my way to write this because customer service was so nice. After reading the negative reviews, that also made me want to share my experience with others and to let others know there are people with positive experiences like me.

I don't know if they had a major overhaul in their customer service or what, but my experience has been great. Customer service was really friendly as well. I would definitely shop again at Hoooyi.

Just received an overcoat from Hooiy in about a week after order and it's of great quality and fits really well. It's not a scam site

I ordered 4 items of clothing after seeing well-shot Instagram Ads.

Is Hoooyi a scam?
Yes and no. The items arrived but were extremely poor quality I've never seen anything like it. A "Jacket" or "fleece" literally being made out of a single material, without any lining.

All items are shipped directly from China, which isn't a problem but it isn't mentioned anywhere and combined with the extremely low price should be a red flag that any item is not going to be as pictured or shown on the website or social media.

I'm extremely disappointed, I've emailed their customer service team but have had no response so far, I have actioned a chargeback with my card provider.

I ordered clothes that looked great on the website but terrible in real life. I wanted to return them but they have a 2 week return policy. I didn't have the order number so couldn't start a return so the time lapsed and they are not prepared to waive this.

I won't be shopping here again, terrible customer service and they are not looking to keep their customers happy.

I was very sceptical about what I had ordered when I read some of the reviews afterwards, backwards way of doing things I know, but I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived, ordered on October 24th arrived on November 3rd. I ordered the Teddy Fleece hooded coat, feels weighty and I’m happy with the purchase.

I'd expect low quality but nothing as poor as I received.
One of them was in a wrong size (very too big), the others has wai too many defaults.
It's in fact from the brand "shein", but it's never mentionned ont the website.

After writing to customers service, they ask me to cut the excess threads, wich where everywhere on the sweat. When I asked for a refund, no body respsonse me anymore...

Hi, recently purchase the pink shirt with skulls on it - could not really find anything like it anywhere else. Read reviews and was not impressed with feedback. However, still pulled a trigger and purchased. 2 weeks after I bought shirt arrived - Texas location. Looks good. Material is some type of synthetic. They do run somewhat small - think one size above your regular. Hope this helps.

They lost my package and have had me emailing them for 2 weeks trying to get a refund! Absolutely awful. Terrible company. Terrible products. Terrible customer service.

Its a scam company. No customerservice. You pay, they dont deliver. Do not buy!! Another Indian or Chinese scamming company.

Ordered over $100 worth of clothes and they were never delivered. Hoooyi said it was delivered but it never was. Requested me to submit a request with the carrier for a missing package? No reputable company asks the customer do the work for them to track down a package that was never delivered to them. Awful awful company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I ordered from Hooyi over 2 month ago. Clothes were to big so I returned them and followed return policy on the website.

I still haven’t received my refund and can’t get hold of any customer service.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping here at all!!

After having seen some advertisment I have ordered some shirts. Deliver went well, but was all packed in plastic and smelling bad. I decided to return back as the quality was also bad.
Based on RMA Number I made the return, which as also confirmed...No refund has been made this almost 6 weeks! contacted by mail....bad service and unprofessional!

Clothes arrive dirty and the return was impossible. Pictures look good but state clear as the quality is bad!
