Only one complaint

Only one complaint, is the waiting for my order. I understand its the different countries so its to be expected! The clothes fit as expected, styles are what they advertise. I'm a customer for good.

I was a bit skeptical!!! Definitely worth every penny.

I was a bit skeptical. Sometimes you see products like these online, and they are of cheap quality... Not this Sweater, not at all. I am a bigger guy, and the 2XL fits perfect, It also gets so warm due to how good the quality is. My wife and Kids all want their own now. I will be purchasing more colors just for me, my family of 8 as well.

Two failed deliveries

I was given two delivery dates and nothing turned up. It being stated that I could apply for a full refund the following day, I have done this, and have been given another date to reapply for a refund. Only a machine to deal with, so going round in circles. Would give no stars if I could.

Hooyi Shopping

Was offered a $20 credit for my review.

It took a few tries to get the range of sizes correct based on the my body vs what I normally order. They're optional are pretty cool and I like how they change up their catalogue.

Be aware that it comes from overseas and so, to the MidAtlantic Region, it takes 3-4 weeks between ordering to delivery. In the case of returns, they aren't usually accepted and the cost of shipping is deducted unless you purchase an annual membership.
