The quality of the product (t-shirt) seems to be excellent. It was worth the wait :) The care Hoodie Lab put in informing me as the different steps (manufacturing, printing and sending) were taken was very appreciated too. I recommend and will make another purchase soon.

Placed my order 2 months ago. It’s been ready to ship for over a month. Only when I complain did I get any explanation, a new system!? Common guys…..had to ask several times to get a refund, which I’m still waiting on…..

Ordered well ahead of an event I wanted the items for. No update from the company in one month. Blamed problems on system updates. Forced to cancel the order for a refund. Now the refund hasn’t arrived and is late. Extremely poor experience!! Stay well away.

HoodieLab is a complete waste of time and money

Ordered from Hoodie Lab hoping to arrive at a festival I had planned in style. Long story short, I waited, and I waited, and I waited some more. I went to the festival, I came home and was still waiting!!
4 weeks after I paid I had to action a refund through my bank because HoodieLab customer service is shockingly unreliable and untrustworthy. They advertised 7-10 days after date of payment for the order to be sent out. 28 days after I placed my order I had to beg for a refund from my bank because HoodieLab team just shifted the responsibility around blaming everything else but their staff.

Their incompetence and the delay in sending my stuff made my holiday/festival harder than it had to be doing last minute running round. It eat into my holiday spends budget because I had to buy new clothes last minute to make up for the ones that were not sent.
To add to the insult, HoodieLab have constantly assured me I’ll be updated, I’ll be updated, I’ll be updated.
They just come up with excuse after excuse after excuse. It’s never their fault, it’s always a problem to do with the computer, or an order process, or a system change or some other factor that you’ll never be able to verify.
Save your money. Absolutely not worth the hassle at all! It says 7-10 days to process your order online, but I waited a month and got nothing but lies and poor customer service. Never using HoodieLab again!

Poor Quality

Hello, I am contacting you to inform you that I will be returning the t-shirt to you, because it is really shameful to send me an item of this poor quality, poorly sewn threads, poor quality of the fabric, a bad label that indicates that it is 100% polyester when normally it has elastane.

Waiting so long to receive an item in this condition is really shameful I am extremely unhappy with your company, I strongly doubt I will buy again if the problem is not resolved. Kind regards

very small sizes

** Update 31st July - since my first review customer service have been in contact and resolved the problem issuing a full refund. **

I bought some items that were not the size they claimed to be. I contacted customer service and was told to return them for a refund, so i placed the address information they gave me on the packet and paid for tracking as they requested. Only to have it sit at customs in their country for 2 months while they were contacted, and today recieved the parcel back!

What Has Gone Wrong with Hoodie Lab?

So I have ordered 20 T-Shirts from Hoodie Lab over the last few years, all XXL, all fitted perfectly. I ordered 5 T-Shirts in February and when they arrived they were too small. I sent photo's with measurements and comparisons to previously ordered items. I received assurance that the replacement T-Shirts would be made to the correct size, as stated in the sizing guide. Now we are nearly six months and 15 T-shirts down the line and all are identically too small. Customer service do not respond for ages too. What has happened to Hoodie Lab, they used to be great. Hugely Disappointing.

Late and poor quality

The estimated delivery date was off by 3 weeks. I followed the washing instructions exactly and the shirt is falling apart after the first wash. Very disappointed.

Not a scam! Quality worth the price.

I had zero problems with ordering or delivery. It took about a month from ordering to receiving, which is perfectly acceptable for a custom printed item coming from Sweden to Texas. The communication was superb. They sent an email each step of the process to keep me up to date.
Now onto the hoodie itself. The print is sharp and looks good. There is just the smallest pink tinge to print, which is odd since it supposed to be a gray/black camo scheme. It’s not noticeable enough to be a deal breaker though, just a bit odd is all. The hoodie material seems thick and durable. My only complaint is that the cuffs are the sleeves are really small. If you have large hands, you will struggle to don and doff the hoodie.

Really love the colors

Really love the colors, design and tailoring of my zip hoodie. However, the sizing has changed. My other xsmall Hoodie Lab zip hoodie from 5+ years ago is just a tad oversized. This current style fits slim in the waist, with good arm hole movement, and broader shoulders. It fits but is tight on the waist. The cuffs are smaller also. Since these areas are not elastic, my jacket doesn't fit me well . It fits firmly as opposed to comfortably

DO NOT order from this company

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a product from them that was guaranteed to be shipped out between June 11th- June 16th. My order hasn’t been shipped, and I haven’t got a response back from them asking about the status of my order. Terrible customer service!!

Awesome vibrant colors!

Awesome vibrant colors! I haven’t washed my shirts yet, but I’m assuming they’ll be fine when following directions on tag. I didn’t realize until after ordering that Hoodie Labs’ HQ is in Sweden, but I’m glad to support international companies if they offer a product that jumps out and screams “Buy me!”

Ordered 5 t shirts mid April

Ordered 5 t shirts mid April. Delivery due in 10 working days. 3 weeks later heard nothing so contacted them and was told there was a delay and order would be fulfilled in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later still no order contacted again and was told that had been an error during manufacturing and it would be another 2 weeks. I was offered a 20% discount or a refund. Asked for refund. Was advised on 28th May that refund had been processed and would see in bank account in 2 to 3 days. Still waiting ! Have now had to go to credit card company to reclaim refund. SCAM company. Avoid at all costs
