Bought and paid for my order on 4th October. No email regarding delivery so have emailed twice to ask for an update, no response. Sent a DM on Instagram also asking for an update, still no response. Telephone number advertised on google is “inactive”. Absolute sham. Will be contacting my bank to raise a dispute as Honora have failed to provide product. Would not recommend at all. Do not purchase from them.

Placed my order on 8th October and paid for it but not received the item or any replies to 2 emails sent asking for an update.
No customer service telephone number.
Getting to the point of raising a case with PayPal now... Hassle I don't need

No responce from my order yet money was taken out of my account at the begining of last month i need a contact number. This is not proffesional is it. Do not buy here

Would have given 5 stars, but never received email on delivery.

I bought the Sasha plush velvet arm chair and footstool and was very disappointed in the quality of both items.
They were very lightweight and totally different looking from the pictures on the internet, a very cheap feel to it particularly disappointing when you consider the price.
The plus points were Julie in customer service, very helpful and polite and Honora quickly gave me my refund when I returned the products.

The chair although it looks nice is a lot smaller than I expected and is very light weight.
It does not look or feel too strong either, legs are very spindly and is in no way worth over £500. Over priced! Think it is really just a cheap product from China, quite disappointed with the product. I'd say £200 maximum would be nearer the mark. Think it will be being relocated to the spare room pretty soon.
I really would not recommend this product to anyone. Next time I will buy from a furniture shop where I can see exactly what I'm purchasing.
Apart from that the service was good.

I bought the chair after seeing it advertised on Instagram. I was a bit dubious about whether it would actually turn up! However it did & I absolutely love it. Customer service kept me updated on the delivery & the firm they use for delivery were prompt & polite. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

Very fast delivery, beautiful product, would definitely purchase more products in the future based on that experience.
