It was very confusing. I was trying to find bras with no fasteners in the back and had trouble finding them. Also, I didn’t have an opportunity to enter the first time buyer promo code so I had to pay full price!

I was able to find what I was looking for and Order the size I needed easily. But so many advertisements for other products made it was difficult to find the bag to complete checkout.

I paid for a "club" membership. It said I was getting 14.80 credit on this order plus free shipping. Well I got the free shipping but no 14.80 credit. I also spent a bit of time with your virtual help because I could not get a screen to set up a password etc. for my membership account. Nothing worked. I replied to my order confirmation that I wanted the 14.80 credit or I wanted the order cancelled.

I wish I could just order a medium without going through all questions. Plus I ordered 3 bras all medium but the size goes from 36 A to 36C. I have always been a 36C and the last time I ordered one of your bras you sent a large and it was way too big. So now I’m so leery about answering the questions so I get a medium.

It was difficult and cumbersome to validate that I’m an educator. I have found it much easier on other sites using ID.me. I would have preferred this as the verification process.

Website did not move easily. Back arrow only functioned after the item screen was closed. Selecting items took more time than typical on most websites.

The shopping experience was very good. It was easy for me to find what I was looking for.
That being said, while I did order a second bra because of the offered discount, I found the extra checkout marketing to be too aggressive. If you would like me to buy more product, send me an email with a discount, don't bombard me with multiple products I have never tried before at my checkout. It almost made me cancel my order. I often buy other products from companies who offer me discounts later, after I have had time to decide whether or not I like their products.

I wish the site was clearer with regard to tariffs. I realised late that the bra will ship from the US - am I right? Now I am concerned that I will paying a tariff once it arrives...

I was not happy at all with my online experience. In fact, I decided to not order after the frustration I went thru. I was only ordering at all because a fav podcast offered 20% off and I trust that podcaster. It took several attempts to even bring the site up with the address the podcast indicated to use. Even tho the product is still too expensive, I thought I’d give it a try anyway. I picked an item, size, color. I entered my current address (which is different from my home address), credit card info and hit Place Order. I THOUGHT at that point I had placed the order. Then I wait for a confirmation email only to find an email from Shop that wants to verify that it’s me. They showed the wrong address. Total BS. I decided not to order. An hour or 2 later there’s an email from Honeylove saying “Make it yours”. My info was in there correctly and I easily placed the order. No email from Shop to verify it was me. It should’ve been much easier the first time I tried. I’m hoping I like your product, I don’t usually buy bras online.
