This is the first time I have ordered from Honeylove. I received my bras in a timely manner and I do like the way they make the fit seamless to my body. No chubby look around the bras straps. I will consider purchasing some more in a different style soon.

I was finally able to talk to a person and they are sending me an exchange. I still think it is very hard to get through to a person but once you do, the company is great.
I am trying to exchange my item for a larger size. You can find no help online and when I finally was able to put my order number in it says this item is not available for return. Their site says returns within 30 days.

I joined Honey Club when placing my order. Received confirmation, but two minutes later got another email stating I canceled my Honeyclub membership. Not sure what’s happening. Looks like I was charged the $24 fee. Will be hugely disappointed if I lost my $60+ credits.

It's the first time I've come across this company and there were 2 things I need to mention. Firstly, it's disappointing that such a lot of things seemed to be out of stock, and secondly I don't really understand how a padded bra has no cup sizes? How can it fit everyone? There doesn't seem to be any information about this. I'll be interested to see how they fit.

I haven't even seen products yet and have been bombarded by so many emails. Spent a few minutes on the site and I was getting reminders to hurry and purchase each product I looked at because it was running out soon. So many emails that I will probably politely take the items I did order and move along.

I really like your bras. Ive never had one that fit so well. I looked at the bra I ordered befor and the size showed "xl++" so I couldn't figure what size I needed.

I was shopping on my iPad. The videos kept opening on their own as I was scrolling and shopping. It was super annoying. If I didn’t already own a honeylove bra I would have left the site without purchasing.

A few months ago I inquired about returning a bra that the back clasp had broken. After a little back and forth, even though the bra was over 6 months old, Honeylove replaced it. Customer for life!!!
