Great company and excellent customer service
I've rented a washing machine from Homie for the last year and I absolutely love the idea. Signing up was super easy, the delivery was fast and without any problems. Customer service is excellent. I'm now moving to an area where they don't operate so I contacted them and they sent someone to pick up the washing machine within a few days. Highly recommend!

I just moved into a new place and…
I just moved into a new place and noticed that our local laundrette was expensive and not that clean, so I started looking into alternatives. I saw a bunch of sites that offered a washing machine for a monthly cost AND you still paid per wash, delivery and for them to pick it up after a year. But then I found Homie.
I thought it was too good to be true, honestly. Read through their contracts and even emailed them to make sure I had understood everything correctly. No deposit? No delivery fee? No installation fee? And no, I didn't have to pay any of those. Also, my first month would be totally free.
Their customer service have been quick to answer and the washing machine was delivered in less than 24 hours. I ordered it around 2pm and it was here around 9am the day after.
I can't recommend Homie enough to anyone who needs a washing machine. No more carrying stuff to a dirty laundrette and sit and wait. I can wash my clothes in my Homie washing machine whenever I want and I get an email when it's finished, so simple.
Sorry for the novel, but it's so very rare that I get to use a product that is this good and with this good service.
(The only thing I can give feedback on is that the delivery guy didn't know that the machine only worked on 2.4Ghz, and my wifi was currently only on 5ghz, but that was easily fixed)

I think the idea is amazing, and the washing machine works great. Although we did have problems with installation as well as the WiFi.
They are very friendly and quick in their customer service.

I have been using my Homie washing machine for 3 weeks now and it is incredible! The machine they provided, the service and the setup were all perfect and I am so happy I found them instead of buying a new machine. I moved to the Netherlands as a student and knowing that I will only be here for a few years, this concept suits me perfectly and has helped me to save so much money while also being more environmentally conscious and empowered as a consumer.

Delivery was prompt from the moment I ordered online. The guys at Electronic Logistics who delivered the washing machine were very nice and helpful.
Had two washes so far and all works brilliantly. I love the idea of the pay per use and that eventually, when we leave, the washing machine will be reused by several other people. Its hassle free and sustainable. I'm all for it!

It took about two weeks from when i placed an order for machine delivery to when it was delivered. Delivery and set up didn't take more than 30 minutes though. The machine is very easy to use. Overall, it is good deal.
