I am onto my second pair ( although still using old pair after 15 months ) the best most comfortable slippers ever . Bought other named brands in the past and they have only lasted 6 months at best
The slippers were beautiful well made and comfortable.the size was too small although I do understand they will stretch from wear.I have asked for a refund and customer service is aware.

I buy these slippers every year and they are brilliant quality etc but this year they came in an envelope that had been ripped and no box so my husband has now seen one of his presents.

This is my second purchase of ladies slippers, and they are the best I have ever had. Fit is good, lovely lining, and very comfortable. They actually stay on your feet and don’t wear ‘big’ like most slippers.

Amazing service
I have had a pair before and loved them they started to fall apart and been wearing them for a few years so don’t think anything of it and needed some new ones I when straight for homeys so comfy and rubber sole easy to clean I received them so quickly next day in fact I do wear them carefully put them on and there already coming away at the seams at the back I was so upset contacted homeys and their organising a new pair for me I so happy 5 star service

I don't dispute that these slippers are well made but comfortable they are not. I ordered according to my size which is 5. These did not have a size on them, but I could not even get my feet into them because they were too narrow and too short on the opening. They have a velcro side opening which made absolutely no difference. I have returned them for a full refund.

Sorry to hear your Homeys didn't fit you well. We've had our size moulds for over 15 years so we know they are pretty spot on for most folks. If you could have got them on you'd have felt how comfy they really are! If Homeys are ever too small to even get on we would advise trying the next size up. You don't even have to pay for the postage to swap! We're nice like that. Your refund will wing it's way to you on receipt of your return and if you do need a wider fitting, easier access slipper try our friends at www.cozyfeet.com, they specialise in this area.
