What a pleasant surprise to have my phone call answered after having only one button to select!! Tom was super helpful and very personable. He even told me he will be away next week and I may be dealing with someone else. I’ve had enough of nameless blameless organisations who pass me from pillar to post. The service is not up and running just yet so I can’t confirm the whole supply but the service so far bodes well for the future.

The best internet service provider…
The best internet service provider ever, I had tried 2 previous providers and never got a good signal, it made work for me extremely challenging and embarrassing and we couldn’t even enjoy watching a movie as a family. I researched and found home unity with really good reviews and I took a leap of faith and I am not disappointed at all. They have the very best customer service and I was really impressed with Jonathan who I can not sing his praises enough. He stayed on phone with me trying numerous ways to get our WiFi service to work on so many different occasions and staying for so long on the phone but still had issues, he recommended that I should get WiFi repeaters and I asked for an affordable product and he took time to research and send it to me which i got but still had issues.
Jonathan spent over 2 hours with me on Monday after his official working hours to get these extenders to work without luck, then he promised to call me today and to my surprise he did, we spent some time again today but fortunately I have full service on every floor of my home at very fast speed.
There’s no where you can get such support with such patience and perseverance to ensure your service works perfectly uninterrupted. The best of them all, thank you so much for your help 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.
