Whilst we have been having issues with our WiFi for a month, the team at home unity have been amazing! Constantly making sure we're okay and checking on our connections, constantly keeping in touch with ofnl for us and been super supportive with all issues, extra special shout-out to Jonathan and Leanne! So I moved in to my new build at the beginning of February, was previously with virgin had nothing but problems but stayed with them as I won’t lie I’m not that tech savvy when it comes to internet speeds etc, but I have never felt so confident in a company in the way I do with HU, Tom was/still is absolutely amazing, his customer service, problem solving, quick action makes being a valued customer feel exactly that! My post code wasn’t showing for delivery of my router so Royal Mail couldn’t deliver it, I work from home so I still was back and forth from the old house working there and then staying at the new house Tom had another router sent out to my old house so I could receive the delivery and then take it to the new house to get everything set up, he’s always at the other end of the phone when anything is needed like changing my billing date to match pay day, sorting any issues with deliveries etc out he is a pleasure to have as part of the HU team, he keeps to his word he keeps us updated, he is truly amazing, plus the internet I haven’t had 1 single problem with the speeds or connections nothing everything has ran smoothly, my bills have always come out of my bank on time the amount has always been the same as the invoice no unexpected charges, I have been with all the major internet providers Virgin BT Sky and non of them can live up to the level of customer service or quality of internet provided. Thank you to everyone at HU who makes been a customer so easy 🩵 I don’t normally leave reviews for anything but this team truly deserves it 🩵

I wanted to hold off reviewing until I got the router and got the broadband started. The initial interaction of getting started was amazing, the whole process felt so personable, when I wanted to speak to someone the phone was picked up after a few rings. The conversation I had with Tom was great I felt like I was speaking to a person rather than an out sourced mindless drone speaking off a script (no names mentioned, but looking at you company named after when you look up outside). I kept in communication with Tom regarding my order by text which was very convenient and chose to be communicated with by Whats App which is preferable for me. When the router came was very easy to plug in to our OFNL network with simple instructions included in the router. The reason I held off on the review was to see how good the internet was, first evening using in writing this review. So far so good the speed is lighting quick and is exactly what I expected. The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic and anyone moving to a property using an OFNL network can’t go wrong with these guys

My TV used to constantly disconnect from the extended router on my old WiFi, but it's not lost connection once with Home Unity. All around, brilliant Broadband for a great price.
The customer service is 100% with multiple ways to contact them AND if you need to call them, you can! No messing with stupid automated systems where you can't speak to a human (I'm looking at you Talktalk - you are the WORST).
Would absolutely recommend. Way better than the big corporations that lost sight of how to operate a telecommunications company.
