Was suspended for no reason, have done nothing wrong, messaged them, they did reply saying I have to agree to their terms and conditions, not to use AI, which I have always not used AI and always followed their terms and conditions but pointed that out others don't especially on social media. Been with this company for several years, applied honestly for loads and loads of trials but only chosen for 1 product to test while other people have been chosen for numerous products, makes you wonder how they managed that.

Suspends accounts and don’t tell you why. AVOID!!!
I received emails inviting to apply for products yesterday, I went to sign in today and my account has been suspended. No email or communication with a reason. Absolutely abysmal, theirs no reason to suspend me. I’m disappointed in this sham of a company. I’ve applied for loads of tests but never got any. So a waste of time anyway.

Horrible Customer Support and Communication
I've attempted to review products sent to me numerous times and all I get is an error constantly showing the tasks and current tests don't exist. I continue to receive emails anyways threatening my continued participation with Home Tester Club even after a dozen emails to support asking for assistance with zero response. For people that actually want to review products, this is incredibly frustrating. My account is now flagged for not completing the reviews I've been trying to do for over 3 months now.

For the technical issue, a couple of things often help: clearing your cache and history, trying the Home Tester Club app, or using a different device like a computer or tablet. We’ve also found Google Chrome tends to give the smoothest experience compared to other popular browsers. Hopefully one of those solutions does the trick!
To reassure you of your account standing, you won’t ever be penalized due to something outside of your control.

Probably my last attempt in trying to reach out to get some support. Been sent a product but unable to submit a review as it keeps coming back with error. Contacted support 3 times and no response..unsure what to do or if it would affect my account but I've tried.

Shocking Site
As many of the other reviews Home Tester Club is a shocking website. You never get picked to participate on the trails. They claim people do but I don't know anyone who has actually been picked on the bigger product trials.
You complete application after application and nothing.
I would higher recommend against this site as its a total waste of time and your energy.

Amazing! My absolute favourite company. Such a friendly team and great communication. They are always happy to help and it’s such a pleasure to be able to try out top of the range products from these guys! So far, everything I have tested I have loved and ended up adding to my shopping list! From cat food to face products, I’ve tried out things I never would before, and ended up adding them to my permanent shopping list which is great! I have discovered so many high quality products that I never would have known about before. Everything I have tried so far, I’ve ended up buying more of in store or online! I've never ever had a survey
I know not everyone will be picked for everything but my main concern is that I have never once had a survey to complete how am I supposed to accumulate points to be in a higher chance of receiving anything? I've downloaded the app the only thing I can do is full of for testing still to no avail. I wouldn't mind but I'm seeing reviews from here and on socials that they've had a products come through and I have been with the hometesterclub before them. I've tried to contact them but to no avail. Could anyone offer any help or guidance as to why I've had no surveys at all or anything please

Typically, the factors that impact member selection include interests/preferences, buying behaviours, as well as demographic and psychographic criteria. As you know, points also increase the chances of being selected.
Before you're selected for your first trial, you can earn Home Tester Club points by submitting reviews on products you have tried on your own in the past, uploading photos and videos, registering for product trials, and more. For all information on points, we recommend you check out the tab labelled "The Club" on our website.

Terrible customer support
I’ve used my account for several months and received a few items to review, all good. However, one day my account stopped working and got in touch with their tech support team to get access. I sent a detailed email of what issues I was having and had a response that said to do what I had already done (which hadn’t worked), I emailed again and I didn’t hear back for several weeks. I emailed again after a few weeks and had no response again. I have once again emailed last week with no response. Really shocking support service, would not recommend it.

Patience & Fun
I’ve been on Home Tester for almost a year now and love it. I’ve been chosen for a few things such as toothpaste, dishwashing brushes, paper towels. Nothing too exciting but I still get amped up about it. I dunno it just gives me a buzz, you know, like my opinion matters! . I’m always honest (it’s a must). I’m in the top 20 this month and I’m pretty excited, apparently the top 20 get rewards….my life would be complete if I got a coffee machine! It does take a commitment to get to top 20, but if you enjoy it, it’s not a chore. I would recommend doing this if your prepared to put some time into it and you find it fun…life’s too short to do things we don’t enjoy

A great experience so far!
Having only joined Home Tester Club in September, I have already tested and reviewed some great products that I might not have discovered otherwise. The website is very easy to use and the qualifier questionnaires never take longer than a couple of minutes. It's also incredibly easy to write your review at the end of the testing period, and read reviews from other users. I've been very pleased with my experience so far.
