The policy was good
The policy was good. The low score is the man I spoke to was very abrupt and not friendly or helpful I very nearly put the phone down and went somewhere else. He seemed to very uninterested in helping me. He needs to improve his customer service.

Read Before Buying
Having been with HomeProtect for 10 years I needed to make a claim for escape of water. The pressurised cylinder blew, flooding our kitchen from above. This was the 19th January.
We are nearly in week 25, I have had to employ an independent loss adjustor as HomeProtect were messing us around.
We are still no closure to a resolve, no cooker, hob or fridge.
The reviews on here are all about the process of taking thr policy and how delightful they are.
Wait until you need to claim.
Dishonest, deceitful and problematic from the outset. Avoid at all costs.
UPDATE
Having had HomeProtect reach out for the policy number we have now heard nothing.
We have issued them with a seven day notice to resolve the issues, should they fail we will be pursuing them through the Ombudsman and the courts.
Appalling folk. If you need more clarity, check out the reviews on GHG solutions who are their loss adjustors.....41% of reviews are one star!!!!!
