Everything went flawless and good. They do their best to please both sides and the employers are very dedicated to get the deed done . Quality of work and knowledge were impressive. I will certainly use HomePal services again.

Very serious and reliable agency. I had contact with most of them and the feedback can only be positive. The interaction was smooth and we never any problems. The sale didn’t go through in the end but but the entire process went well. Highly recommended.

Never asked to register and publish our propriety. First, they call and prentend to be a potential buyer as they read our announcement on-line. After getting some information, eventually they identify themselves and offer their services for free. Nonetheless I told NO they commenced to publish our propriety without our consens. Calling and writing emails is of no use, they simply do not consider you. But keep on sending emails.

UPD2: All being said and done, the agency is a sham. Their support is about 5% of what a real professional agency would do. Charging less still makes their fee a rip off. Avoid by all means if you can.

After quickly setting the viewing (thank you!) support went downhill. Specific questions related to the property and the expenses related to the purchase transaction were not answered despite a reminder to please answer the questions. While my emails go ignored, the company sends automated (i assume) stuff informing that they are highly professional (lol) and they would turn me to collectors should their fee is not paid. If anybody appreciates peace of mind when purchasing in Italy, run for you life from these guys - they do not offer it whatsoever.

Had to go to a notary to learn more about the property and how much it would cost to do all the paperwork.

Of course, the agency expects full payment (2000+ euros plus 22%tax) for (1) setting a viewing; (2) one initial call plus a call to confirm that the owner has agreed to show the property and (3) sending 4 emails by a live person that did not give sufficient information for making one’s mind on the transaction, let alone actual professional support for the purchase.

Homepal is not taking any responsibility for the failure to provide services that they promise.

My experience is that the agency is the opposite of professional, sadly.

UPD: Upgrading my review from 1 to 3 stars because an English-speaking representative contacted me. The service cannot be a 5-star one if one needs to leave a bad review to get any helpful response but hope things will go well from now. Will update once our interaction is over to provide more information about the overall experience

Original review: Got interested in one of their listings on Idealista and tried to set up a viewing. Tried to reach via email, got a message instructing to call. Since my Italian is bad, asked a colleague to call for me. Homepal said they talk only with the interested party and have people who speak English. Called myself. Very loud noises in the background, quite a bad impression from the start. Tried speaking English, representative hanged up on me. Called again, asked in Italian if there was anybody speaking english. Was told there was nobody. Overall impression is of a scam shop

Made an appointment to visit a house online. First meeting did not work because I did not receive any mail. Second appointment, the owner of the house was not around. Later he contacted me and sent a video instead of going through the property with me. The house was in a bad shape and not renovated and with garden as in the announcement. Also all mails were in Italian even though they knew I spoke English. Very bad experience with this agency. Would not recommend at all.

Efficient service. Appointments confirmed by telephone.
