Wrong listing of price at customs
The company registered the wrong productprice at the customs services (143 euros instead of 97 euros). The result is that I had to pay 15 euros extra for duties.

The book arrived in perfect condition…
The book arrived in perfect condition and when the Royal Mail and Parcel2Go said it would. It seemed to get stuck in Canadian? customs for 10 days but there were no additional charges (as often happens with books from the US), so the wait was OK!
