Don't trust these fraudulent reviews. I am unfortunately out almost $4000 for a mattress that feels like you are sleeping on concrete. Oh "Comfort is a personal choice", get bent, you might as well be sleeping on the floor. For someone that has back and joint issues I was really looking forward to the medicinal aspects of sleeping on wool and I had to such high hopes. I cannot explain to you how uncomfortable this mattress is. I put a 4 inch down topper on it and it didn't do the least to make this more comfortable. I am now sleeping with a 3 inch latex topper and a 4 inch down topper on top of the mattress to make it somewhat more comfortable . If you order this mattress expect to be sleeping on a futon mattress on the floor. There's nothing positive about it and it is exponentially expensive. They offered me a return because of my bad reviews but the return back to Bulgaria was $1500 on a $3500 mattress so I'm stuck with this garbage please spare yourself do not buy it.

I will sleep with no other pillow! This is my second and the shipping was WAY faster this time!

The color was much more ECRU than the white shown in photos. Clients were luckily happy but I would have returned item due to color if they were not.

The owner of the company showed care for my concern and tried to resolve the issues but without success: after receiving a replacement mattress I’m still extremely unhappy with it; moreover, I believe that their product is misadvertised since only positive reviews are being posted on the products and negative reviews are being filtered out, since I posted a one-star review about my experience with the mattress and it never got posted to the listing page.

I purchased a few pillows and I’m extremely happy with all of them. Home of Wool makes great stuff and their customer service is refreshingly pleasant and friendly. I’ll be back for more.

I feel very lucky to find a company like theirs. They were very helpful and responsive with every step of the way. I found the perfect mattress and sheets for our baby and they were so kind to personalize the items one by one even before I noticed they needed some work. I will be purchasing more of their bedding items in the future. Thank you!!!!

I appreciate the quality of the product being exactly as described. I value a company like this that's providing something unique and sustainable to the market. There were clear and detailed care instructions as well as lanolizing instructions for my wool mattress protector. My experience with Home of Wool was just as I'd hoped, easy.

The product I ordered came via Canada Post and it was in great condition. The customer service staff answered my concerns regarding shipment and tracking in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for wool products.

Product exactly as advertised. Great quality. Shipping held up well, materials are good quality and durable. I like that it is extra firm which has helped my back and hip pain immensely. Highly recommended.

The whole process was easy and straightforward. The staff was more than helpful if changes needed to be met when finding the right item and the customization of it.

My sleeping mat is so well made and feels luxurious. I've never slept on wool before and it's everything I imagined and more! I would have considered a cotton exterior since I'm finding the wool a bit scratchy without a sheet on top. This was my trial run for a proper mattress and I'll DEFINITELY be getting one!

After converting my daughter's crib to a toddler bed, it looked so barren. I thought adding bumpers would make it more cozy and inviting. But there were no bumpers that fit. This was the only place I could find online that makes custom bumpers! And not only that, but from a natural material (wool) and of exceptional quality! They look beautiful on my daughter's bed. So much more inviting than empty bars. The process was seamless and the company was extremely helpful and quick to reply. The bumpers fit perfectly. They were very precise with how long it would take to make and when the bumpers would ship, so I knew exactly when I would receive them, and they came on time. Very happy I found this company.

The products are excellent as they always are. I love this cushion fits perfectly between my legs for comfort. Love it.

I really appreciated the customer support that Krisi provided. We love our 7” mattress but after a month we felt we needed a topper to soften it up a little. I love the simplicity of the mattress. It is healthy, no more night sweats or coughing. I wouldn’t trade this 7” mattress for any other type of fill. It is also beautifully and strongly sewn. It is very stable mattress. One of us can get up and never disturb the other person. We look forward to the topper and wool pillows to enhance our comfort Absolutely no regrets.

The quality is fine. I found the mattress too hard, it's really not even a mattress, just a cushion. The problem with the company I have is they censor their reviews. The mattress currently has over 150 5-star reviews with no other reviews. Mot a single 4 star, not a 3, no 2, no 1.

I tried leaving a negative review to warn people that the mattress may not be comfortable for them. The website emailed me back and told me "The mattress was delivered according to the specifications in your order and has been in use for four years. We kindly ask you to consider amending your review, as the current review may be misleading to future buyers."

I feel like I'm in a great position after owning the mattress for 4 years to write an insightful review. But apparently I should give them 5-stars because I got what I ordered.

We had a custom made bassinet with a very difficult and unique base that absolutely nobody was able to make a mattress for (regardless of price). These guys were flexible and made sure it was perfect. Honestly received an absolute top quality bespoke custom product. Could not recommend more.
