My boyfriend has it already. Have been looking for a bag for some time. And then there was this great offer at 50% AND i found it in a different colour, so that we could have the same bag, but in two colours. Love it. But is definitely gonna lose my self in all the rooms;-)

Really pleased with my rucksack.
The rucksack seems great quality and really comfortable to wear. I love all the pockets - seems to be the perfect amount of storage. Also love the bottle holders - they are a really good height and hold the bottles securely. Thanks Millican! Bag also arrived really quickly.

I bought Smith The Roll Pack 25L a couple of years ago and have used it regularly for day to day things, like carrying my MacBook Air to work, taking a few groceries from the shop, or going to the beach.

The bag has a rigid back panel that, at the lower part, rubs on the material used to connect the front and back panels and provide a bottom for the bag.

The bag is in perfect condition, with robust material used at the straps, but it has completely worn through at this point at the bottom, as an inadequately abrasion-resistant material was used and the designers didn't foresee this as a critical friction point.

I chose this brand for its sustainability, recycled materials, and promise that they stick by their customers and make products for life (all quotes from the "About Us" page.

Be warned that they have flatly refused to offer a replacement for this bag, and they don't offer repair services. I love the bag and would have bought another if it were a genuine wear-and-tear issue, but given the defect, I don't want to shell out another 150 pounds on it just to be gaslit again when the bag inevitably fails.

Very very pleased. Present for the wife and she is over the moon. Very well designed, great colour way and oozes quality. I was hoping to get a small yellow pouch accessory but doesn't look like these are available although there is a picture of one on the accessories page.

Here is an update: Millican has sent us a replacement bag that delivered. This was a great solution. Not as fast as was originally predicted, but it came, which at this point was more important to us.
Customer service was also more responsive!
Haven't been able to use the bag a lot, but the first impressions are that the bag is very nice, it feels sturdy and it is is spacious.

Requested return as material isn't as good as it used to be. Paid for return of parcel with tracking so I know it arrived, but still not got refund and it is after the period they said it would take. Have sent 2 emails to check/chase and had no response.

It took me altogether ~3 months to get my backpack, because the first one was lost on the way. That has more to do with the delivery service than the company, though. Once contacted, they rapidly sent me a new one, which arrived recently and feels great.
