They represented they are the best…

They represented they are the best housing provider in St Albert. This is not what staff or residents will say. They represented there was a possibility of jumping the que/waiting list which equals discrimination/favoritism. I have of course decided to not live there and to this day they refuse to return/destroy my personnel information re application or respond in anyway regarding that. Stay away from Homeland housing would be my advice based on my experience. My mother, aged 100, lives there and is stuck as that's not an age where it's easy to move, just a bad deal all around.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Even when it is clear is a mistake from their side, they're ignoring it. I had to contacted the general director because they were charging me more than 500 euros by mistake and they didn´t want to review it. It was not the only issue.
