As always - a very easy and smooth process to open a new GLI insurance policy for a new tenant, and close down the prior policy. The easiest insurance process I’ve encountered to date and a very pleasant team.

I took out Rental Insurance and the set up procedure was very efficient with my tenant's Dossier checked and approved within a day.
I hope they are as good if I ever have to make a claim!

When you call your insurance company you are usually not in a good place and would ideally resort to an expert in the field.

I have always received:
-Immediate response;
-Clear answers:
-Time of day to provide clear explanations.
- Even in some instances accommodation in extreme scenarios.

I don’t know how else to convey my sincere appreciation for the people that work there and the organisation for its service.
