Very nice versace wallpaper
Bought versace wallpaper. there was defect in the paper. diane was superb. liased with the factory and arranged for replacement paper in swiftly manner.

Excellent customer service
We had quite an expensive wallpaper in our bedroom and unfortunately we had some repairs to two of our walls, the only placce that had stock as this paper was no longer in production was Home Decor Hull Limited, they only had 3 rolls of wallpaper and we needed 4.
We telephoned and asked if they had more and they found an open roll of the same batch and included this free of charge, thank you very much.

Ordering the wallpaper was straightforward and next day the dispatch was confirmed by email. While the courier was slow delivering the pack it wasn’t the fault of Home Decor Hull

Dissatisfied Consumer
Ordered merchandise in march order 12708. Received order was pleased with appearance, when completing project realized I needed more. When placing another order it was cancelled and I am now being told have to order from another source. The new source is much more expensive. I feel the your company could have made a one time concession being that you shipped it originally. What happened to good customer service.

Great service with polite friendly staff
After ordering a paste brush online I went to the shop to collect it only to be to!d it was out of stock so I was given a better paste brush at no extra cost. The young man who served me was both friendly and helpful. Yes I would use this shop again if the need arose
